KingXerxes I think it depends on the situation because if you are fighting a many numbers of opponent in the street using jiu jitsu alone it won't work. In my own opinion it is better to learn or use mui thai in that situation. but I guest if one on one combat jiu jitsu...

KingXerxes I hope this will help you. You can compute the amount of calorie that the normal body can take and its around 2500 to 3500 calorie per day. so its not about diet its about computing calorie. In everything that we eat and drink their is an equivalent calorie....

KingXerxes Well if you like to lose weight and think that you are getting bigger. Try to have a diet. Eat food with low fat and learn how to calculate your calorie intake per day it should not above 3500 calorie per day much better if it is only in 2500 calorie range....

KingXerxes I am Filipino and I can barely say yummy to that :) but I make sure that they prepared it clean and safe before I buy it. I love to it "IUD" a stomach of chicken.. I don't like "BETAMAX" it is blood a clotted grilled blood.
