Just noticed a friend's statement, 'Where there is a wheel, there is a way!' This is in light of our traditional saying, 'Where there is a will, there is a way!' Please elaborate your thoughts on this.

Kishore7 Hello mitraa, my favorite festival is also Dussera and Durgapuja like your choice. This is because I have a good liking for Durgapuja from my childhood. At my native place this festival is celebrated near my house also. Thank you for this discussion.
