is it okay to use shampoo everyday??

i asked this question cause i have read and watch that it is not a good thing to use shampoo everyday..some of the doctors advice it should be every other day..its my concern cause im starting to lose my hair at my young age..and...

Lips6ix I think maybe you should relax with the shampooing your hair everyday. It can cause you hair to fall out because it can strip your hair of it natural oils. Try every 3-4 days. Plus, hair can look it's best 1-2 days after shampooing.
