angiemorris I got my license in August of this year. It's an expense hobby for sure. I have had one closing in November and 2 more set for January. Between the monthly fees, board fees, etc it's hard to keep up with. I am hoping to really get going and find my niche...

angiemorris I agree if you had a buyers rep agreement you might be able to go after them for some of the commission. It's so hard to work with people for that reason. It's insane the amount of time and money we put into real estate and then have clients who think it's ok...
