nawaz yes i agree, the moral is forcing other to change will not workout, instead if you change atleast changes will start. "Changes are unchanging one"

nawaz its all calculations, for example age of pyramid is 4,575 years, who have seen but peoples believe. one thing sure no one has seen spoiled honey until unless u have mixed anything in that.

nawaz I think yoga can be splitted in to two, one is yoga asan and another is pranayam. but to achieve good results you have to use both of it.
