eych24 Always include vegetables in the sandwich, and add fruit for dessert. Make sure that whatever you pack for your son is nutritious. He's going to be away from home for a few hours and you might as well be sure he's getting the right nutrients.

roniroxas joemel up there has a wonderful ideas on what to put inside the lunch box of your child. i can suggest egg sandwich too. boil the egg and when it is hard boiled already take off the shell. mashed it with a fork put mayonaise and put salt and pepper to taste....
