Recently I heard radio discussed about this topic. Some would say that female boss is very hard to deal with, because they are emotional and always critic their work. However, some also said that male boss is too harsh. Who do you prefer?

From your comment, can I summarize that, nobody is trustable other than ourselves? Even though that the partner might be our future companion, we also shouldn't trust them so much? Keep the money to ourselves make life easier. I understand your point.

Don't you fee sometimes this kind of job just too free until you don't know what you do is on the right track or not? My boss leave me free too and trust my job too. But I don't know whether the work I really benefit to anybody or not...

read news from cellphone? Not feel hard? because the words all very small. Two hour is not too long la. My dad usually read more than 4 hours. Sometimes, he read until whole day.

Me too, I also prefer old style newspaper. I can read it slowly and comfortable. I always have a feel that old style newspaper provide more information than internet newspaper.

Ya..nowadays youngster seldom read newspaper. They don't seem to bother about what is happening around the world or around them. Reading newspaper really a good habit though. If they can spend a couple of hour on it, it will be beneficial to them too.

Talking about emotional, my boss (man) also emotional. He can be nice to you this minute and angry you the next minutes. It is very much depend on personal EQ I think. But, why is it those who are aggressive and bad EQ people always get a post higher than us?

I agree with you, may be it really depend on boss's personality. People always said female boss always ask for nonsense thing probably because female is more cautious about their work. So, they tend to request for more effort on the job. Being your own boss is always the best.
