Winter is coming here. It snowed heavily yesterday but the coldest day hasn't come. We will go through hard days in the coming months. I don't like winter because of the severe cold. Compared to winter, I like summer. How about you? Please share.

i cannot either. i like mylot and often come here to read the discussions and responses and will start a discussion or respond to some discussions if i'm in the mood. but i cannot do more than five responses before i feel tired. i admire those who can stay here for hours and hours.

do you mean you do not have supper now? good eating habits is important for us and having regular meals is one of them. it's good for us to have three meals a day. some people do not have breakfast while some do not have supper. it's not good for our health because if we skip one meal, we tend to have more in other meals. so having regular meals is a good way to avoid eating more.

i seldom eat snacks for they are lack of nutrition but some people like them because they like the taste of snacks while other people have to eat them because they do not have time to prepare meals. if you eat snacks very often, eat fruits and vegetables so that you can get enough vitamin.
