nascent26 I save the coins I pick up around the house while cleaning, the ones lying on the ground while I am walking, or the loose change the cashier gives at the supermarket. I use them to buy medicine at the drugstore.

nascent26 Music has helped me deal with emotional pain many times. It has been the thread from which I hang my sanity. I don't think my emotional and mental health would have stayed this normal if not for music.

nascent26 I guess baby names are also subject to cultural influences. Here in the Philippines a politician can be called Erap, Ninoy or NoyNoy. Celebrities can be named Daboy, Pokwang or Dolphy. I think a name an only be bad when the cultural meaning is also bad....

nascent26 In the Philippines, some women buy roots and herbal stuff to delay their period, or to start 'em up, or to abort a growing fetus inside them. Most of the time these don't work. Many still turn to the medical procedure which is illegal in my country.
