 Yes, I agree with you. I too sometimes feel same, We feel lot of relaxation while looking many kinds of thing in mall. We also pay our attention to the interesting and attractive things. So, I am totally agree with you. |

First of all you should be relaxed with your mind as well as body. Many times i tried to start reading whenever i dont get usual hour sleep. So, try this once if nothing is useful to you to get sleep at usual hour. |

 Hello Friends,I am happy to hear from you, because in the world of today there are only a few people who spend few mins in rememberance of GOD. Yes of course i do spend 10-15 mins daily to pray infront of GOD. Really whenever i pray i get my mind in the position of relaxation. I am very happy to share this with you. |
