how do you find guys with long hair?

i find it cool to those who can carry it very well..but for those who can't, it's really untidy and uncool. I love seeing guys with cool long hair...for me they are very attractive to some women, they look stronger and with bad boy image but in fact they are not...something like that.

Me for girls it is very sexy and gorgeous but for guys...........just wait a sec...it looks good on some guys btu on most it just looks plain dumb unless ur like me where u need long hair to loom good although not super long like girls hahahaha

Well, it really depends on how it is kept. Some may look really cool with it while others don't. I really don't get too close to really smell and tell the difference though. I have long wavy hair at the moment and I could also say that it really takes tediously to maintain. Some say that I look like Christ when I grow a beard but, I know that's just how stereo-typed the messiah looks like. When I was still in college and an ordiinance was made that all guys should have a clean hair cut, I was surprised that my female classmate was more outraged than I was. She kept on saying that, "They're imposing standards again." which is true in the sense. She then comments on my part by saying, "I know you from first year and your hair was short then but, having your long hair cut now would just conform you to the rest of the students which is not you at all." - hehehe, just like to share. Anyway, some look good with long hair while others don't. Even if they maintain it in a good way, certain things just don't add up.

Not all guys with long hair is unclean and unprofessional. I have seen a lot of men with long hair that pull their hair back in a pony tail that look professional. I have seen a lot of men with long hair that was prettier than mine.

It depends on how long long is, I don't think that guys need to have really short styles like they have done in the past, but I think that low flowing hippie hairs is not appealing. I generally say that a guys hair should be no longer than shoulder length, however some people see that as being too long. I think that some guys with longish hair look quite nice, whereas others don't. I think someone people suit long hair, while others don't. The same with girls.

I think a lot depends on what their hair texture is like. I don't like guys with long messy curly hair that looks like they haven't washed it for a long time, and that their hair is only long because they cant be bothered to cut it in the first place. However, I have friends who have long hair and they look ok because they definitely wash their hair regularly and sometimes tie it up in a pony tail so that it is out of their faces. In fact, something funny is that I have a friend who is married and his hair is longer than his wife's! cos she has short hair like a boy's and he has hair in a pony tail! and this has been the case for at least 5 years!

I find it sexy. I love men with long hair. As long as it is clean and well kept it is so attractive. I know the type you are talking about but they aren't all like that. You'll find women with long hair and it looks dirty and unprofessional. it is all in how you take care of yourself.

I find guys with long hair, not only young man, also old man. I can't say anything about their hair, as people can do everything they like. I like guys with short hair, sometimes long hair is OK, if that guy looks not so strange with the long hair. The most I don't like is guys with long ear ring, I think it really very familize. I the short earring can be accepted to me, but long earring really looked so strange.

I think long hair is for girls. I haven't figured out why men would want to wear their hair long in a ponytail. It looks very unprofessional and just not manly. When I see one with long hair, I just want to get out my scissors and cut it myself. They don't realize how much better they would look if their hair was cut short like a man and their faces were clean shaven.

Some guys look good in it and some are just plain untidy with it. I wouldn't mind a guy with long hair as long as he looks good in it and knows how to take care of it. But rarely does this happen where I'm at. Haha.

Hey there zer0charly, I like long hair but my gf does not like it. She thinks i'm better off with short hair. I like long hair because I like the styles I can do with long hair but my gf insist on me having short hair. Everytime I cut my hair short I feel sad because it is not long anymore

It depends how long is long hair.. Personally I don't have aproblem with boys' hair long antill above the shoulders, if it suits their face and personality, and it is nicely cut. Longer than that is too girlish.

Well, this is a Good discussion. I have seen a couple of guys in my life with long hair that did keep it clean and neat, but most have dirty stringy hair like you mentioned to where it does look bad. I really feel the best look for a man is short above their ears looking professional. But even then most need to wash and take care of theirs more.

My fiance's hair is much longer than mine, and I think it's absolutely beautiful. He takes good care of his hair, doesn't let it get greasy or smell bad. And if he wears it in a ponytail, it looks very tidy and could be viewed as professional. He would actually look really odd with short hair, I think!

I prefer men with short hair, but some guys can look ok with it. It depends on the guy. Also, if you have ever noticed men have had long hair and short hair as these styles have come and gone into fashion for thousands of years. I mean in Jesus' time men wore long hair, in the time of the Musketeers men wore their hair long. Also there were periods for short hair as well. Nowadays it seems that everyone just wears their hair however they want to, male or female, long or short.

i want to be distinguished easily as woman when im sitting beside my man. i do remember times when we are almost to toss coins just to guess who is she and he on the couple next to our table. and i got for clean cut also

I think it really depends on the guy. Some guys I know can really pull it off and they know how to style it good and it doesn't look greasy... On the other hand, I think it looks gross on some guys. (usually jr highers ). So i guess my answer is... IT DEPENDS.
