have you ever put something in the refrigerator that didnt belong there?

Well I don't put anything on the fridge except foods and other perishable goods, but I believe my mom puts something that shouldn't be there. I saw her put some of our clean diningwares and utensils there, told me that it prevents dust to stick in it. I also remember one time she put charcoal contained in a cup inside the ref, told me that it's to eliminate bad odors as charcoal was an absorbent.

Are you kidding? In a house full of blondes? oh my gosh...so many times I have found refrigerator stuff in the cupboards and cereal, peanutbutter etc in the frig. I have even found dishes in the trash....especially in the summer when we barbecue and use paper plates more, we get in the habit of tossing the plates rather than scrape them and place them in the sink.

I put strange things in my fridge. I usually put the peanut butter in the cupboard as well as dry stuff in jars. So one time, I could not find the peanut butter. I moved all the stuff off the shelf and it was not there. I went to the dining room and no my husband nor I had a snack. So then I looked in the fridge, yes and there it was. By the way, I also did stupid things like putting the green onions in the freezer, putting fridge stuff on the cupboard, but not for long.

How funny..I've tried to put the box of cereal in there instead of the milk...LOL..When I was little my grandma couldn't find her glasses and she looked everywhere...They were in the refrigerator..We all had a good laugh over that one...

I have done this many times actually. I also put things in the cupboard that such have been in the fridge, luckily I pick up on those quickly and nothing goes bad. Like the other day I put the coffee tin in the fridge and the milk in the cupboard above the stove, where I usually put the coffee tin. But hey it wasn't my fault, I hadn't had my coffee yet. HEHE

Yes, I have! I was dating a woman who had a 10 y/o son. One evening while we were having dinner, I noticed his glass was empty and offered to get him more milk while I was in the kitchen getting 2nds. He said yes. While I was in there his mom ask me to bring more cookies out. So I brought out the cookies and the milk, filled his glass, let her grab more and returned to the kitchen. I then put the box of cookies in the fridge and the milk in the cupboard. And I wasn't tired!

that's funny actually... Oh yeah I've done that before too.. Being so tired I just wasn't thinking of what I was really doing.. One time I put ice cream in the refrigerator thinking it was the freezer, oh talk about some mad people in my house... lol

Oh yeh I can relate to this subject. I havn't done anything just recently, but yeh I have put my cup of tea in the fridge and took the milk carton/bottle and gone to sit down with it. LOL. It's like going into a room for something and when you get there you have completely forgotton what you went in for. LOL.

oh yes a lot.... my children are the one responsible on putting some stuff in the ref where it should be in the cup board. like canned goods like pork and beans and corn kernels.

I have a habit of going to the grocery store with just my wallet instead of lugging my purse around. And when I'm done shopping, I'll put my wallet in the grocery bag. I brought home milk one night (we buy our milk in bags in Ontario) and forgot to take my wallet out of the bag, so the wallet got put in the refrigerator. The next day I had to go out and spent about an hour looking for my darn wallet! lol. The sad thing is, it's happened more than once.

Lol,yes.I made a coffee one time and put the electric kettle in the fridge and the cream in the bottom cupboard where the kettle went.Also,one day i was looking in the fridge and put a little stuffed animal that was in my hands of my daughter in the place for the cheese slices,hahaha.She wanted some cheese and we looked for along time trying to find it and i could of bit me on the head everytime i opened the door,haha.My daughter laughed and said"mommy,haha,you get mixed up?haha".Little comic!:)

hi 3lilangels, My best experience with this was really hilarious. I made a pot of coffee in the morning, had a cup, added creamer to my cup and left the room. A couple of hours later my husband went for a cup of coffee, didn't see the pot, put his cup away and forgot all about it. Later I decided I wanted more coffee. I went to the pot, but it wasn't there. I asked my husband where he left the pot. He got all upset because I didn't believe him when he told me it was gone when he went to get his coffee. We argued about who had it last and where it went. Since it didn't have legs, how far could it get? Finally I decided that I would just have a glass of water. I reached in the fridge for the water pitcher and found the coffee pot. I had to go find my husband and apologize for getting upset. We really had a good laugh later about that one. After that it was a joke when we couldn't find something, we automatically went to the fridge to see if we had put it there. Happy posting..

yes, i once put my gran in the chest freezer. luckily i forgot which question i was answering!! hellooooo!!! is there anybody out there?

So far nops. always locate food stuffs at the right place all the time. If those stuffs found located else where I mean not at the appropriate place, my husband will...what else.....bla!..bla!...bla!....LOL.

LOL..Thats funny. I bet when you saw them in there you were like What the heck? LOL I can see your face!! I have never put anything in the fridge but I have put something that goes in the fridge in the cupboard!! I couldnt find the tea one day. Now I know I bout a gallon of it and my husband had had a cup only an hour ago. I couldnt find it. It wasnt in the fridge or on the counter. I asked him and he didnt know what he did ith it. Here I found it in the cupbiard next to the fridge. I think he opened it put the tea in and didnt even realize it wasnt the fridge. LOL

LOL - recently my partner said he would cook dinner so I left him alone in the kitchen and spent a bit of time reading. He made a lovely meal and although the kitchen was a wreck afterwards, I said I would clean up. I noticed he had left the butter out on the work top and it was beginning to melt so I opened the fridge door - and found a saucepan

Yes, I have. I have put a box of salt, in there, once. I recently set a box of cat food in there. I know, or at least, I think, it's from all the stress in my life. I guess it could be alzheimers setting in, but I sure hope not. That would be an awful thing.

Yeah once I placed my tub of hair oil in it. I searched the whole house and could not find it. However when I went to get a drink of water I found it there. My daughter had a good laugh.

Mostly i dont encounter with that, but one day i lost my glasses. I look everywhere even on my head (oneday my brother found it there :) ) , and at last i found it in ref. but i havent known how i put it there...
