I would like to extend a great heartfelt thank you to my friends here on myLot as well as to all other myLot members I've run across on this site. The main reason being, for all your help in making me earn some extra cash as well as the friendship etc I recieve here. Today was another great day for me as far as discussions with chatter back and forth. Due to this fact I have had the top 3 Hot Topic Discussions today. I love seeing my discussions get this type of publicity. It helps bring my discussions to the general membership more. Plus it adds more friends as members see them, then respond, then check out my page asking for an add as a friend. Thank you one and all for such great times here. I am looking forward to all the discussions avaiable as well new friends.

Hi, Grandpa Bob, Yes, this is a really great place to be, and on the days I do not get in much, I really miss being here. I love the chatting, the abundance of friends, and the free exchange of ideas. It is interesting, and often helpful, to see what others are doing in their lives, and where they are. I do not ever check the hot topics, etc. as I do not start very many discussions. I love wandering the halls of myLot, so to speak, and people need to not be surprised if I pop in on them as well.

Congratulations on having three hot topics.
I still rarely check to see if my discussions made hot topics. Most of my responses come through at night when I am asleep.
It's odd really. The other day I started a discussion about domestic violence, thinking it would be a popular topic. I hardly received any responses.
Then yesterday, I started a discussion about my 14 year old daughter getting two jobs, & the responses came rolling in.
It's always impossible to predict what people like to respond to.

I hasve days where certain topics make me turn away immediately. Then I also have set ideas and won't respond to a lot of topics. Domestic abuse is one as I have a woman beating brother and would get very angry I think in one of those discussions. HAHAHA! It is strange the things that occur as far as hot discussions here. One day one type may be huge. The next day the same one could generate very little interest.
