chocolate covered nuts

We received several boxes of candy this year. I really like chocolate and I like nuts. My favorite chocolate is dark chocolate but hubby doesn't like it so we genearlly buy milk chocolate. I like nuts too. Preferably pecans and cashews. I really don't go for just peanuts, they give me indigestion. I've found I prefer chocolate covered pecans. I really don't like chocolate covered cashews which surprises me.
So what is your preference in chocolate nuts?

I perfer the dark chocolate too. so does my grandson that lives with me. There is a dark chocolate candy bar that has nuts cranberries and blue berries in it that I always buy. I don't remember the name of it though. I alos like any nut that is covered in chocloate. I have never had cashews covered in chocloate and that combanation doesn't sound very good to me. I like nuts in my chocolate because it seems to make them taste less sweet.

Have you tried the new cacao bars? THey are supose to be a superior dark chocolate bar. I don't like them at all.
I've had the one with the cranberries in it and yes indeed that is an indulgence, very good.
Lately though I've been into eating mini Milky Way bars and I used to only go for Snickers Bars.

Wow, thats a lot of chocolate. Like you, I love to eat dark chocolate. I love chocolates because of the taste that will last inside my mouth. I love chocolate because it will give a strength while in my work. Sometimes, when I feel stress and bored, I used to eat a chocolate candy to ease my stress feeling and my boredom.

Oh my goodness! Pass the chocolate covered almonds! Those are my absolute favourite and I must keep my distance from those. I received a small box of Ferrer Rocher for Christmas, which I also love. I know it has nuts but I'm not even sure which kind. LOL! I love pecans and cashews without the chocolate. In fact, I don't think I have ever had them with chocolate. Better not try them or I could be in big trouble!
I have found that peanut butter does give me indigestion. Glad to hear it isn't just me.
Eat your chocolate slowly and savour every bite. :)

OMG, I forgot about almonds.
Yes I like chocolate covered almonds too. I don't think there are any of those in my candy box though, too bad. The Rocher is delicious. I think those nuts are hazel nuts. That is one nut I do not like without the chocolate.

I love chocolate covered nuts and especially cashews. I don't like dark chocolate though it has to be milk chocolate to me dark chocolate has a really bitter taste to it. Now I am craving chocloate covered nuts!

I love chocolate brazils, especially if they are covered in belgian chocolate, which reminds me I have a box left over from Christmas still, so I think tonight is a treat and I will probably eat the whole box, trouble is they are so delicious that you just can't eat one or two and once the box is opened the whole lot will be gone in one night, I do share them tho, grudgingly tho!!!

I would have to go with milk chocolate covered peanuts, although cashews are good as well. I have to agree with your husband as far as dark chocolate goes, I cannot stand it... I think it is actually a gender-based thing, as more women tend to prefer dark of milk chocolate, and most men are the opposite.
