So often I wake up with my hair sticking straight up in the air. I refer to it as an "Alfalfa." Goes back to my childhood days of watching the "Little Rascals" and later being called "Our Gang." Remember Alfalfa with the hair sticking up on the top, towards the back of his head? Was that too funny or what? Use to watch Little Rascals everyday after school and on the weekends. Back in those days, we only had local television and in black and white. Those were the good, ole days! What's your opinion of the program and were you an avid watcher?

Those movies back then were the best. Too bad that the kids today would be board to tears with them. They were good clean fun. I love those kids and would watch them again. Spanky is my favorit. The one that was the funniest was when the banker tried to take gradma's house from her and the kids got him all tangled up in a kite.

The poor kids on that show had so many unfortunate things happen to them as adults. Little Rascals was the best series on tv, I think, of all times. Thanks for responding.

Oh I remember the Little Rascals! I would also enjoy them every day! Mentioned above was that today's children would be bored. I disagree. My kids LOVE shirley temple and many many oldies, some of them *I* bore of! LOL And who can forget little house on the prairie? My kids devour every episode!

Little Rascals kept me entertained everyday. I could watch them again this many years later and be easily entertained. I never really got into watching Little House on the Prairie. Saw it maybe one time. Thanks for responding.

Oh the "Little Rascals" what a show that was. The good old days. Where I live they had the "Honeymooners" marathon on TV on New Year's day and when my nephew saw me watching it he said, "How can you watch that - it's in black & white?" Hahaha We had B&W TV, no remote controls, you actually had to get up and walk over to the set to adjust the volume and change the channels and no cable, we just had a few channels. They don't know how good they have it.

Oh I wake up that way at times too with my Alfalfa sticking straight up. I remember that show well. I always thought Darla was such a pretty little girl too and she and Spanky were cute together even as children. Another show I always liked to watch was Ozzie and Harriet Nelson. I really wish those shows were in rerun.
