who actually looks at other peoples profiles ?

I look at others profiles, but only when they request to be my friend, Im just interested in where they live , age and how long they have been members for..

i kinda look at the profiles. whe i do i am inested in seeing what other people are interested in. some times it helps me remember what else i might like. and i look to see what they discuss.

Yes, I'm usually looking the profile before I'm responding a discussion. I looked yours too! At first I'm looking the age, and where the member is coming from, and then his other discussions, and sometimes his best responses too.

I look at other peoples profile when they say they have a link posted about how to make money or if they just answer one of my discussions and its really interesting.

I rarely look unless I intend to send a friend request, or I received one from them. Sometimes, however, I find myself looking at someone's profile because a discussion or response by them made me wonder about their age or location. I put some music I like on my profile, and some photos of myself, my husband, and my son. I haven't really done a lot else with mine. *shrugs* I guess I honestly prefer just getting to know people through discussions.

I sometimes check if the person says something that strikes a cord. There was a Post about someone being upset about having to give up a puppy. So, I checked the poster's site for an age. Sure enough he was just a kid so I adjusted my reply to suit his age. Thats just one reason but that is the kind of thing I do. I look at the profiles of those who request to be my friend. I'm curious who they are, male or female, location, age, what they look like, and why they are requesting to add me to their friends list. I have approved all of them so far.

Well I look into other's profiles if I feel interesting topics. I also check the profiles when someone adds me as a friend but it does not affect my decision to accept the friendship. I also feel that some people have a good profile layout with catchy colors. Regards

I just got done checking out a profile on here. when someone starts posting really off the wall stuff that seems unbelievable, I just get curious and check it out. This one posts some pretty crazy stuff that I doubt is real even tho she makes it sound as tho it is. I think it is just a bunch of hypothetical questions. They are interesting anyway so I guess its all good.

I look at people's profiles every once in awhile. Most of the time I look to see where they are from. Sometimes the advice they ask for would make that information relevant. I just put links to my articles in my profile. I don't know how to make it all pretty like some people have. Oh, I also have a couple of referral sites that I do. Not many, just a couple. I want to add pictures but the last time I went to do that I couldn't figure it out.

I think it kind of depends on what kind of mood I'm in at the time. Sometimes it's just plain nosiness because they said something in a post that 1. either I agreed with, 2. I totally disagreed with and I'm curious where they are from, 3. they have requested to add me as friend. Sometimes I do look at them when their posts seem to make no sense at all.

Generally, if i am requested to be a friend or if someone has started a good discussion that i am really interested in then i will have a look at their profile. It is sometimes just nice to have a look and see the efort that some people out into their profiles etc. I dont look at every single profile on mylot, just the ones of people that have made a valuable contirbution to my mylot experience or the general atmosphere of mylot.

i only ever look at someones profile when they ask to be added to my friends list. There are some things that i look for, like 100 posts or more, interests in common with me, that sort of thing. However, if it tells me they are 18 male India, they dont get on my list blessed be

hi snoopypoos. I look at other people profiles, but not always. I do it when I add someone to my friend list or I respond to someones discussion, which is very interesting for me.
