What was the first movie that you went and saw at the cinema?
For me (and most of my friends) it was The Lion King.

I think it was "The Shawshank Redemption". My parents must have wanted to see it, and brought me along.

The first movie I saw was either Star Wars or ET, I can't remember which. And, like the poster before me, I also cried like a baby. Well, I was pretty young and I didn't want ET to leave!

The first movie I saw at the theater was Song of The South - that ride at Disneyland from it (Splash Mountain) is STILL my favorite!

I haven't actually heard of that movie ... ! What year did it come out? I haven't been to Disneyland but I think I know what Splash Mountain is.

That's a question for the wayback Machine..We didn't go often to the Cinema when I was a Kid,but I remember going to see a Couple of the James Bond Movies (Sean Connery!) and the Jungle Book..

Awesome ... I haven't seen any of the James Bond films in the cinema, only on DVD. I can imagine they'd be pretty good on the big screen though.
