My daughter was telling me about this web site that she came across a few weeks ago.
I didn't realize there was a birthverse that is for the date that you are born. My birthday is August 24th so this is my birth verse:
Romans 8:24 NIV
For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what he already has?

Some other person on mylot posted that link in her discussion and I thought it was really cool. Some kill joy gave her trouble about posting the link, but everyone else thought it was cool. I hope people who didn't catch that link can catch yours.

It shouldnt' have been deleted. The only thing I can think of is that the 'kill joy' I mentioned, was very offensive to anyone who had anything to with Christianity. I wouldn't think that would get the entire discussion deleted. More likely the author just didn't tag the discussion. I'm glad you reposted the link though. I forgot my birth verse. I bookmarked it on my favorites, but I need to go look it up, lol.

-I think that is a good one for me. So often I feel like a piece of nothing, partly due to being bipolar, but sometimes I just feel like I'm taking up space. But this is a reminder that we are SO special that the Almighty God wants to claim us, me, as His own.

An anxious heart weighs a man down, but a kind word cheers him up.
I don't know why, but this does seem fitting for me. I can't even explain why. Interesting though.

I like that birthverse for me. 
I had never heard of birthverse either. It could come in handy for birthday greetings instead of just writing "Happy Birthday, Love,..." on a card. It would be a nice touch to a birthday greeting. Thanks for pointing this out.

What an interesting link!
The birthverse provided for me is:
"And he has given him authority to judge because he is the Son of Man."
I'll ponder this a bit, and see if I can glean what
lesson(s) may be found within. Initially, I read this two different ways. Though, to provide context, I think that I should read the related passages.
Thanks for sharing -- this reminds me of a very old belief that when one needs guidance they can blindly open any book, and wherever the eye falls, can be found the guidance that we seek.

After reading mine it means i am in a sort of lost. hmmmm..... well depends on what lost. but i think i am not lost. Nice verse. Actually I have heard it many times.

I never knew we all had a birthverse either. Thanks for sharing the website with all of us. I looked mine up and this is what it said:
