Peeing in public

Have you ever seen anyone pee in public? I have actually a couple of times. The first time I saw this was on the subway in NYC in 1970's. These two guys were having a disagreement and one just whipped it out and peed on the other guy and I don't know what happened after that because I ran for the next car!
