Commented on All My Unresolved Discussions, and I'm Still Being PAID...

For one whole week, I did not post any discussion nor responded to any. All I did was commented on mine and gave Best Responses. I wanted to finish them all, so I could start anew. I mean, I have lots of discussions that I haven't answered and I don't wanna read one day that I haven't been paying attention to those. They must be resolved, so it won't pile up. Besides, I wanted to know if it's true what other people say that we don't get paid for our comments. I wanna see for myself.
Everyday, for one week, I still get paid!!!
Although, it doesnt reach a dollar but still I'm earning! The more comments I write, the higher the earnings.
So, I'm happy. At least, I get to finish what I have started and found out an important thing..I was PAID!!
Well, folks..What do you think?
Do you have any explanation for what happened?

Really? That's super.
When I joined a year ago they didn't
pay for that.
But if they are paying now with follow up responses,
then I'm more than happy.
Well you know me, I was always following up even if they
weren't paying.
Getting paid makes it more fun, though!

Yeah, it has been said that you get paid for everything you do here and actually you get paid more if you use all these features such as rating, resolving your discussions and using smileys 
. I make a dollar aday, i know that is not much but i have many other things to do each day so i don't have that much time here in MyLot but i try to use that time as good as possible and earn the most money possible here in that time. That means long posts and participating in everyway 
. I hope i can reach my first 10$ soon

Hehe i know. It says in my profile that i have been here a year, but thats not true. Only truth in that statement is that i registered here a year ago. I posted few posts and then i forgot all about MyLot. Now few days ago i found this site again and i started to post again :P Now i have around 4$ from 4 days of posting and my balance keeps growing up

Yes, I noticed this too the other day. I had a day where I just made two comments to reply to people who had answered my discussion, and I was paid $0.05. Not a great deal of money really but it made me realise that we do get paid for these comments. This is good, because it's when you respond to what people say to you, and they respond back again that you're having a real discussion. I think it's really nice to do this anyway as you get to know people better that way, but discussion is what this site's all about, so it makes sense to get paid for carrying on the conversation.

Oh!! really/ I am guilty thinking that I was not able to give comments to those who responded to my discussion. It just happened that it piled up already and my time is limited when I am online. But with your encouragement, I would try to go back and review my unresolved discussions, I might be one of those people whom some complained of not commenting to their response. lol..

Well that is good to know that. I also have the impression before that comments are not being paid but with your experience you are still getting paid for answering or commenting. Well as for me I never got curious about it till you post today. But I am now happy to know that the myth has been broken about comments are not being paid. I am happy about that.

If you been paid not doing posting or starting a discussions, that's very good.[u][/u] It just means that mylot is paying us if you participate in any we can here.
I been reading from several mylotters here that being active and using all the features available here at mylot you will get paid. I am using the mylot code in everyway I can to make sure I get additional earning.

i've been trying to answer all my unresolved discussion but sometimes when i see interesting topics i forgot again to make it for that day and up until now i haven't finished it yet.,arrgghhh! as much as i want to ., well i promise to myself before payout i will definetely clean it up and solved it! as some answers have suggested that we get paid for our participation.
and you have been doing it. coolly simply answering your friends on whatever they commented upon etc.

Congratulations on your earnings!
I think you would still get paid if you didn't start a new discussion and you just commented on your unresolved discussions. Plainly responding to discussions is still an act of participation. And thats how we get paid here, by participating.

I also felt doubtful about this previous days. But now you have given me a good answer,actually we are paid for replying others' responses in our own discussions. This is great. I also have lots of responses that I have not resolved, I feel so sorry for those who responded to my discussions. I will try my best to reply all,sorry.

I think that it is a good idea to post some replies to those people who commented on the discussion that you have started. I try to post some replies as much as possible just to let these people know that I did read their post. People do feel neglected if you just don't say anything after they posted a reply on the discussions that you have started.

I should try doing what you did. I try to comment on as many discussions here in a day. i do not usually start my own discussion as I always find it better to answer other people's questions.
I know mylot does not pay much.. but it is really fun answering and giving opinions, advices and comments as well.

My lot rules warn us not to try to figure them out.They have their system for rating and paying people. I've never tried to figure it out. I just get on here and do my best to participate and enjoy and not worry about the money part....it works for me. I've had no problems.

SO as long as we are active in mylot we don't have to worry about the money. what ever we do we will get paid atleast something .
something is better than nothing.
SO be ACTIVE in mylot AND MONEY will find its path towards you.

hey, littlepinoy..that's because I know how it feels if my response doesn't even have a comment or even a simple "thanks"...Of course, some people have their own style in doing Mylot..But it sure is a happy feeling if I know that they have read my post..But sometimes, we can't always do that because of some valid reasons..So, If I see that they have commented on the others, I'll just think that my response was read also...thanks...
