If you are home person or home maker, how many hours do you sleep in day? Or a little nap? Some say it is good to sleep in the day and some don't. What is your opinion?

Since I am working night shift, I sleep during the day. In the afternoon usually around 2pm til 6pm. But during weekends, if i get the chance to sleep during the day, i really sleep as much as possible. My son keeps on bothering me If i am sleeping so I don't really much have time.

Hello, queen!Day sleeping makes me lazy,so I don't prefer a day sleep unless there is any sickness with me.ofcourse after lunch i feel a bit sleepy but i avoid to sleep.instead i sit with my computer and do surfing in the internet.if you will sleep in day time you will accumulate fats in your body.so don't sleep in day time.thanx.

I do sleep during the day after work....I take a quick nap. I get up at 4 a.m. so by the time I get home I need a little pick me up! So 10 or 15 minutes of a power nap does me enough sleep to last until about 9...that's my usual bedtime!

Daytime is the best for sleeping to me. Because i am functioning better late in the evening, a like to get a little nap in order to keep up with this rhythm. And waking up early in the morning is a routine than having some sleep during the day is vital for me. Although i think a little nap is very useful, yet i still work on avoiding it. Otherwise i become too lazy to do something for the rest of the day.

I am a home person and I think sleeping is the most important and happiest thing in my life. 8 hours a day and about 2-hour nap makes up the most the necessary part of my day.

I work from home and sometimes I get kinda drowsy but it's hard for me to make myself take a nap. I guess I feel I have too much else to do, but I probably would get more done if I did nap...Sometimes I'll doze off after hubby gets home and I finally make myself sit down for a while...poor guy! Works all day and then comes home to watch his wife sleep...but it doesn't happen all that often. I do think a nap is a good thing, so I don't know what my hang-up is.

My husband usually takes 2 naps during the day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I, however, do not take any naps unless I'm not feeling well. This may be because he's 6 1/2 years older than I. Who is right? Who knows?

I do enjoy taking a quick cat nap if I can during the day. I wake up pretty early to take care of my son and husband. I go on line for a little while and sometimes I take a chance to rest on the sofa. I just like to close my eyes if I can and collect my thoughts so I can be ready for the rest of the day.
