Yes, it is true. Judge Surrick might have some explaining to do. Questions, serious questions have arisen concerning his ruling dismissing the Phillip Berg lawsuit against 0bama. Read about it here. http://caosblog.com/9254 I say that Judge Surrick needs to explain what's going on here or the integrety of the court system is at stake. What do you say?

I say it is over and get over it. Really it is done.

Thank you for expressing your opinion. However, as all legal remedies have not been exhausted, it is not done until Mr. Berg decides that it is. I'll grant he is not likely to win, but we have laws, we should follow them.

I did read a comment elsewhere by someone who had looked up Berg's history. He is known alledgely as one who has tilted at windmills in the past. This makes this current behavior not that surprising. Personally, as long as he obeys the law, I have no problem with his activities. I do wonder how the judge can agree to the suit, issue a court order to the defendent, and then suddenly dismiss the suit while claiming it is obviously without merit. This badly hurts a judge's judicial reputation to be so inconsistent with his own decisions. I predict the Supreme Court will not hear the case and that Berg does not have the infamous alledge tape as it does not exist.

I seem to remember at the time I expressed an opinion that he was a nutjob with an ax to grind. But oh well if he wishes to keep beating his head against that wall I suppose that he should do so.

I agree. I sure looks like that judge was faxed the decision in order to sign it, and it wasn't his decision at all. If a judge is not going to make their own rulings, then why are they even a judge. Our justice system has been dubious at best in the last several years, and this does not make it look any better. If the rule of law is not going to be followed, then soon no one will follow it and we will have anarchy. I think this judge has a lot of explaining to do, and he can start by explaining who sent the fax instructing him how to rule... or more accurately, who faxed him the ruling to sign? It appears that the fix is in.

So, it would seem. What do you bet web sites like this 'go away' if 0bama wins?

This entire situation seems to be being suppressed. There has been NO mention of this case on TV or in the newspapers (paper or digital). Normally, a case like this would be making the headlines. Instead, this case is barely being mentioned on a few on-line sources and there are numerous irregularities throughout the entire proceedings. Something definately smells!

I especially remember when this case was first reported here on myLot. I even reported for a short time it was a hoax because someone reporting to be a lawyer in a comments section somewhere claimed he checked and no suit had been filed. That indicates a special effort being made to cover up everything about this lawsuit from the gitgo. Now, we find out someone maybe forced the judge to write this opinion? Yikes!

I hope they get to the bottom of this before election time. Nothing has been proven yet, but we know Obama has not made his birth certificate or other records from his childhood available for scrutiny. What we DON'T know is why the DNC hasn't concerned itself to resolve the matter. It leaves all sorts of possibilites to the imagination, none of them good.

With the case dismissed, 0bama wins. The Supreme Court just does not have to consider the case before the election nor does the judge have to explain any further the circumstances concerning the dismissal. The only thing left to do really is vote McCain - Palin.

Hopefully some other people will also choose to vote McCain/Palin because of the publicity surrounding the birth certificate issue.

Clrumfelt, Obama supporters do not care about this issue. When you bring it up, they get real nasty.

Unfortunately, as with everything else surrounding Obama, the media and the authorities pretend it does not exist. I have not seen anything about this in the media. McCain is not going to address it because he will be accused of skirting what general public consider important. I think it is all important. We all ready know where they stand on issue as much as we are going to know until one of them gets in the white house. Now, it is time to get into the dirt...but Obama supporters do not care about the dirt on Obama.

You are right. They really do not want to hear anything negative, even if it is true.
