What things makes you lose your appetite?

Those are the same with me. I love watching horror movies and medical shows but I just cannot eat while they're on. Also smells can do it for me. Nerves make me physically sick to my stomach so I'd say that is the most common reason for it to happen to me. Pain is a good deterrent, alot of pain and it is nauseating!(sp)

My dad! He makes me lose my appetite every time that is why I can't eat when I am in the same room as him! Why? Because he is constantly coughing and then spitting in the wastepaper bin, it's totally disgusting! I hate it and I eat all my meals in my room and never eat at the table. I can eat when watching horror films no problem providing there are no bugs on there. I hate bugs and I cannot eat if there are bugs on tv or in films. Blood and guts I can deal with but as for my father and bugs, NO WAY!

hi cream97 the other day I had gone shopping and decided to stop in the restroom, then get a sandwich, then resume my grocery shopping. when Ientered a lady, who seemed to be a care taker, was trying to help a young woman who apparently had mulitiple schlerosis. the younger woman from the horrible odor had had a bm in her pants, I had never smelled anything so sickening. I was gagging but I had to pee so bad I went on into a stall. needless to say I had lost any appetite to eat anything. I just wanted to get out of that restroom and away from that horrible stench. yuck.I had to wait until I got home to eat some lunch.

a nasty house, people who don't wash their hands when they go in the kitchen to cook, some of the shows on tv where they are operating on people, etc.

i am not watching tv or movie while eating but the angryness ruin my apetite.

I don't lose my appetite easily! But if I ever do, it'll be because of a foul smell or if I became ill, something disgusting would happen (someone vomiting,etc). Other than that, I'm good! Taripre$

A hair in my food, somebody tossing their cookies (throwing up).

for me i wont lose my appetite in seeing disgusting thing but it really loses my appetite if i have problems. i dont know why i could not eat when i have problems, it can also lose my weight very easy. But i have my niece that she could not eat very well if we talk a human dirt or having some nasty. We sometimes feel that she is over reacted but we see her vomitting even she havent seen it in real. And much more if she saw disgusting thing.

It's really funny because I love horror movies and scifi, but, what really makes me lost my appetite is worms and maggets. Whether in movies or otherwise. Yuck! I have a very weak stomach! Purrs, Catwoman=^..^= & Mija

Mine would be the bad odor. I can't stand bad odors they make my stomaach turn. I'm not really weak stomached and the whole blood & guts thing on TV doesn't bother me. The main thing that makes me lose my apetite is stress. If I am really stressed about something I cannot eat. A lot of people tend to at more when they are stressed but not me.

Seeing people vomitting will make me feel wanted to vomit as well and lose my appetite. The things they vomitted were disgusting and very smelly. I couldn't take on that. I could easily vomit just after a short while.Watching horror movie or surgery documentation will be the third.
