It seems to be a different discussion because having more than one television is not a matter now a days. But still there are some houses where there is only one tv in a family of 4 to 5 members. Its a problem in my cousins house, because there is only one TV so he cant see his desired channel. So he ll come to my house to see tv.So what about you guys do you have any experience in this,I would like to know

No .We have one only. That to is not watched frequently as my daughter concentrates on her study. She never wastes her time watching some useless programs. We also never give her the temptation by watching any program. So we shut it off most of the time.

We never experienced this in the home. When my sons were growing up they both had a t.v in their room.I have one in my bedroom and one in the livingroom as well.We never had a shortage of televisions.

I have more than one TV. One's in my living room and the other's in my bedroom. I very rarely turn the other one on as I'm always in my living room. Sometimes my assistants watch it if they are on break and have nothing else to do for that time period. For myself If I had a break in my job I would get in my car and go some where but that's just me.

In my house there is a ridiculous number of televisions. Everyone has one in their room plus there's one in the living room and one downstairs in the pool room. So all up we have 6 televisions in total in our household.

God Evening rushtovelk. I have three TV-sets. However, we have turned back time. The digital TV have made it to expensive to have in every room where we have a TVSet. Now we have to get a box and a card to be able to watch ordinary TV chanels. The others are used for dvd movies, or videos only. To use digital tv we have to pay for it. We have to have a subscription for a set of chanels we like to have. And if we would like to have tv programs in every TV-Set we have to have a box for every TVset and a subscription for it to. That would be very expensive for us to have. I have had through my phone company digital tv for free for a year, but that is now over and I will start to pay next month. If we go back some years, we only had two chanels to watch and the TVSet was in black and whit only. Now, we can se colored TV, but only in one room.

We have 4 tv's in our house. We have one is the living room to watch as a family and then there is one in my bedroom and each of my kids have their own tv so they can watch what they would like as I don't want to watch cartoons and kids shows all night long.

Yes, we do have two TVs in our home, one in the living room and one in my brother's room. Although, we rarely use the TV nowadays, we only use it watching daily news and when we are watching DVD or if there's a good program or movies in the cable channels.

We have 3 TVs, but only one is connected to cable. The others only get local stations, and I guess before February we'll have to get those converter boxes for them.

Well as for me we only have one television in our house. There's no need for another television because we are only three here and my husband is working, my sister is working while studying and I'm with my 2 month-old son so there's no need for additional TV. Maybe in a house where there are lots of members and some are having conflict with what channel to watch, then they should have 2 TVs.

Yes, I do. I actually have 3. One in the living room and 1 each in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. They are nothing fancy. In fact, one of them is about 14 years old! LOL When I was growing up, my family only had one television. It didn't bother me much though until I was 10 years old. At this time I became friends with a girl from school and she had a TV in her bedroom! To top off so did her older brother and little sister! I was so jealous! LOL Here they could watch the programs they wanted to watch and here I was stuck with having to watch whatever my mom or sister wanted to watch, unless of course they weren't watching TV at the time. Nowadays I tend to watch whatever my husband or youngest is watching. What can I say, old habits die hard! LOL

We have 4 Television Sets in our household. 2 Bedrooms have a television each, then there is one in the Lounge and finally one in the garage. Only 2 of our TV's are on most of the time, one is almost constantly playing DVDs or Games, while the other is watching the same old channels. Most of us are on our computers though, we have 4 of them, well, 3 and a half since one of them is so prehistoric now. ** grins **

I have two televisions at home. But i use only one,the other one is not working(pretty old one hehe). I think only one television is required for a family of 4 to 5.I am of the opinion that if there are more than one televisions it will be badly affecting family members unity.

that's really something interesting. when i was a child, there was only one TV in my home. i had to fought for the remote against my elder brother who really loves watching something channel that i wasn't interested in. Time flies, when i think about those days, what remained in my mind is not the fighting, but happy memories about our passion for everything. i wonder if u have the same feeling that no matter what u've gone through, they belong to u forever, family and love.
