We don't have a thanksgiving day here i think so but i like chicken if ever, i don't like turkey and i don't like pink meat like Ham. Anyway, can i have my roast beef with gravy on it? That sounds better for me hehehe. Oh i forget in Philippines, we have the Whole roast pork and that's really really taste nice very good for xmas. hmm.

I'm just like you I bake a turkey for Thanksgiving but, this year my mother is going to do it, thank goodness. Then I do a Honey Baked Ham Company ham for Christmas. As for Easter if I cook for that holiday, I'll just back a store bought ham.
