Do you have a Christmas collection of some sort?

Those glass blown Christmas oraments are really beautiful rocketj1. I am sure they look beautiful in your hutch. I have a collection of little china "me to you" bears that are christmas ones. It started when my youngest daughter a few years ago bought me one and then the rest of my family followed suit. I do like them though and they are sitting on my modern electric wall-mounted fire as I have no mantle anymore. I do love Christmas candles though. I bought another one yesterday. It is silver and sparkly with leaves on it. I could not resist it.

Hi rocket - no I don't collect Christmas themed objects. I have never thought of doing anything like this. Your collection must be so beautiful. I collect antique plates of all sizes. I have some from the last century. I display them on walls in a flower like design. one plate in the middle and the four or five plates circling it. They look so pretty.I do love heavy glass though and have a few ornaments made form this.

I have three...one is my snowmen that almost take over my home during the season....another is a collection of Santa's that were gift from cancer patients I helped out....and the third is a very large collection of Winter Silhouttes by dept. 56. They are in my two curio cabinets...they stay out all the time! I love them.

I love Christmas Mice.. I have a few of the very old ones and some of the newer Home Interior ones and I think they are adorable.. I don't have many, about 20 but I buy everyone that I see, I think they are so sweet, even if they are mice..

Yes i have snowmen, I collected them for about 5 years. Now I don't collect anything, I'm trying to reduce the stuff around here.

I don't really collect any kind of Christmas items but I like handmade ornaments. So I make one every year. Have a good lotting day. lilcee

I have snowmen because I just love snowmen. I set them out every year and I really enjoy them. I have two that are my favorites of all.I should start adding to the collection really. Handblown ornaments are very cool too!

i collect a ton of non christmas things such as antique books and Bibles as well as post cards (i do have some christmas ones too) and vintage pins but when it comes to christmas, i would have to say that i collect musical snow globes. i have a charlie brown one (LOVE HIM!) that plays their theme song and another one that plays amazing grace (has the lion laying down with the lamb). hopefully one day i can add to it - they are pretty pricey.

i collect snowmen, and like you all through the year. if i find one i always see if there is two, my oldest daughter also collects them. my sister collects santas, and i think at last count had well over three hundred.

Hi ya rockerj1 I wish we had a Christmas store that was open all year round but they seem to close as quickly as they opened! Because of my previous situation this is only the second Christmas me and my boys have had in the safety of our own home and this year I bought like a music box which has widowed doors that when you open it play jingle bells and lights up and there are 3 snowmen inside. I must admit that it is very tacky but the kids love it. I hope that when they are older they will have conversations about previous Christmas's and say 'do you remember that tacky music box that played jingle bells' LOL I am not sure yet if I am going along the theme of snowmen, tacky ornaments or musical boxes, ask me again next year and I will tell you what I have added to the collection! LOL

I have a reindeer collection. I started with this stuffed reindeer my husband bought me for our first Christmas together as a couple before we got married. Since then, I've added to my collection. I've got reindeer ornaments, a reindeer pillow, several stuffed reindeers and a few reindeer candles. I've also got all of the Ty Beanie Baby Christmas teddies. I think those are adorable!
