Do you have a baby who celebrated their First Christmas this year? Here's my 11 month old who was celebrating his first Christmas. I'm looking forward to next year when he'll have a slightly better understanding of what's going on.

Last Christmas was my daughters first Christmas(11 months). She did not really understand it either. I don't think she really understood it this year either. She just knew she was getting a lot of new stuff.

This was my toddler's 3rd Christmas. He was 5 or 6 months for his first, around 18 months for the second. Now he's about 2 and a half. He still doesn't understand the whole Santa idea, but he was excited about opening presents. Last year he still wasn't good at opening the presents. I have a video of him opening the first gift, and it took him a very long time, and my husband did end up opening it for him. He just didn't get it. This year was better.

No babies first christmas for us this year . Last year was our last babies first christmas. This year was fun though because now he understood more. He was getting into opening presents. He even helped pull them all out from under the tree and then kept trying to open his sisters lol. So no more babies first chrismas's for us, but now we get to enjoy them getting into the presents.

With any luck this will be my last "Baby's First Christmas". The later years are far more fun anyways. Actually, the toddler years are the best. The older kids just got a bit too selfish and impatient this year, must be the age.

My son is 14 months old and celebrated his first Christmas in 2007. He was only a little over a month old then and didn't understand any of it. This Christmas was so much fun for him. He got so excited when he got to rip open the presents and throw paper everywhere. I am pregnant with our second so we will be celebrating another baby's first Christmas in 2009. The picture of your son is too cute!

My son and his wife have a 5 month old who just celebrated his first Christmas. But I don't think it phased him at all. He was more intent on wanting a bottle, to be played with, or chew on the toys he received. I got him a pretty blue soft dog that you pull a chain at the bottom and it plays a lullaby, and he chewed on it and the Winnie The Pooh my daughter got him. They will both need to be washed! He's teething and slobbers constantly. My first child was 7 months old his first Christmas. He crawled under the tree and started opening Christmas presents. My daughter was born on December 28th, and her first Christmas, she was so shy, she just stood at the end of the hall wondering why her brother was so excited. He's 3 years older than her and has always been an excitable child. She could have cared less.

Yes, here! My baby is 4 months old. :) He has got a few gifts too. He got a christmas tree from my eldest brother, a snowman from my another bro, a mashimaro soft toy from my aunt, a christmas bear from my friends, jolly penguin from my parents in law, a set of clothes from my friend and a wrist band from me. My hubby actually bought some material back planning to decorate his baby cot to make it have christmas atmosphere but then we decided not to at last. My baby love his baby cot a lot, we are afraid that after we make changes to the cot, he might not use to it. On christmas eve, we brought him to a shopping mall and took some photos of him with the huge christmas tree! We enjoy ourselves very much. Next year, he shall be able to walk on his own, I guess we will have to chase after him if we bring him to shopping mall again! Haha

I have a 7 month old who celebrated her first Christmas/Kwanzaa this year. I think she enjoyed it because she was in her daddy's arms all day watching basketball. Spending time with the family is what Christmas is all about and the toys too.
