Do you always stay awake until the New year comes in

Like you it really depends. Sometimes hubby and I will stay up and watch the ball drop on television and look at the fireworks outside. But other times, we are just tired and will go to bed. The fireworks aren't really close enough to wake us though. It doesn't really matter to us if we see the new year ring in at midnight. It will still be there in the morning, lol.

I have not been awake on New Years at midnight since the New Years I was pregnant with my son. That was 9 years ago. I am normally fast asleep by the time midnight comes around.

I am usually up past midnight anyway, so New Year's Eve is just another night for me. It is nothing special...

I always keep awake to welcome new year as there's no point in sleeping with calls from friends,relatives and the fireworks.I enjoy it very much and its a great feeling entering into new year.
