Do you use sunscreen? Did you know that

it is recommended that a person use it everyday? it's important to be sure to use sunscreen if you plan to spend lots of time in direct sunlight. But incidental sun rays accounts for more of our lifetime exposure to ultraviolet rays than those days at the beach. Walking to and from your car, running out of the office for a sandwich, or sitting outside for a few minutes adds up. I don't use sunscreen everyday. But I am sure gonna start. How about you?

I am a trogloydyte. I don't get much sun. I dwell inside or in caves (offices). I don't think I will be putting sunscreen on every day. That would just be silly and would prevent my body from making its own Vitamin D.

Alot of makeup has now started adding the sunscreen in it so woman can have that protection they need from the sun but not everyone wears makeup everyday though I know I don't. I don't get out much but I guess I should start wearing it or applying it before going out. That way I know I am protected. I wish they made one especially for the face that isn't so ucky feeling. I think more people would wear it if they did.

I hardly ever use sunscreen. I am not out in the sun very often though. I mainly use it after getting a sunburn to avoid getting more sunburned.

Hello ersmommy. I never use sunscreen when I am exposed to the sun, but I wear my casual summer hat in hot summer.

I only put on sunscreen when I know I am going to be spending and extended amount of time in the sun. Other than that I do not normally put any on. I burn pretty good too, so it would actually be smart of me to wear it.

I've heard that. I only really use it in the summer months. I know they recommend you to wear it all year but the stores only carry sunscreen in warmer months so unless one would have a surplus sitting in their medicine cabinet they would be out of luck this time of year.
