Where is everyone??? I have caught up on all my emails and I am being forced to scrounge around for discussions to comment on. Has everybody got a life but me??? I guess I'll lurk around here for awhile longer. Maybe someone will come out to play.

savak, don't feel too alone, I am here, so you see, you are not the only one home alone on a Friday night.. The "Lot" has been slow tonight, are we the only ones who have nothing else to do?? I have finished all of my responses except for a couple but I haven't received any comments back.. I guess we are all alone in the world, unless the aliens came and got everyone, in that case it makes me a lot happier.. Sounds like something out of a Sci-Fi movie.. ok, I am not scared, I am not scared..

Hi savak,
Are you really alone this Friday night?
I'm home this Friday night, but I'm not alone. My husband & my brother are watching "Dr. Who" In the living room & my son is 5 ft away from me on his computer playing one of his educational games... We just had a very late dinner because it took a little bit extra time cooking dinner then expected. There is a creepy gust of wind outside hitting our window every few minutes, a cold front is moving in. I don't know if I will be on for long..I hope you have a good weekend savak!

No, not really alone, alone. But I might as well be. My daughter and her husband have some friends over and they are playing spades in the living room. They ask me to play when they need a fourth for the game. I guess they love me too. Oh wait they just asked me to play so I guess I will sit in with them for a while. I'll be back.

I guess we all have certain tasks to be completed, or duties to be carried out. I cannot really say for them but it is already Saturday morning for me. I came home late at night, actually at around 2:30am, after a training session which started from 9:00pm. The actual training ended at around 11:00pm but the students had many questions to ask. We left the field at 1:30am and continued or discussions at a roadside food stall. Naturally I was sleepy and just had a one hour afternoon nap.
I hope you has some luck in drawing out the cats to play.
all the best,
rosdimy

Well I came back and I thinnin' I'm going to go get me some breakfast after I makes another post of things that concern me, like how can I afford breakfast?
Wanna thinnin about the economy and where all the money goes from the hard working poor who have just been fleeced?
What is a theft?
Oh' you'll have to check out this post and share... If you give and you know who you are giving to you are in control with your blessings of who you have given to so that is a gift and you have the right to give to anyone you want...
That'll be a good start for you to thinnin' about... Yes?

I'm 4 days late but I was probably here somewhere savak! I have no life either by the way and aside from work and grocery shopping, my window to the worl at the moment is mylot! lol. Such are the joys of living and working in a foreign non-English speaking country! I have to admit that it does get a tad distressing at times when those we know and enjoy interacting with are nowhere to be found. At least when they DO come online, they ain't gonna miss your flag waving mouse easily!

Unfortunately the "Grand Adventure" aspect wears off ater a few years of it. This is the third different country I have lived in away from home now and it has been almost 4 years in total combined. I am very eager to get home and am planning to do so at the end of this year. Don't get me wrong as I am a positive guy! I just get very busy and have little time to actually be a tourist in any of these countries or the others that I travel to regularly for my job.

That is why I picked him. I think going to a non English speaking country to work would be a grand adventure. Mylot is my attempt to broaden my vision. I have lived in a number of places here in the USA and have always enjoyed new places. I have never traveled out of the country though.

I know what you mean about not having time to play the tourist. I have traveled all over the US but I never took the time to see the attractions of any of the places where I was, except one. I was determined to see Mt. Rushmore when we were in South Dakota because I began to realize how much I had been missing. Now that I have moved back up into the mountains I am determined to enjoy the scenery. I have even been taking pictures, some of which I plan to share on mylot.
It's a shame that I had to get old before I began to appreciate the opportunities in front of me. Unfortunately now most of those opportunities are gone. Oh well, never mind. I'll just have to make new opportunities and memories.

My life is petty slow but at least I'm still here. I did do some myLotting today but this has certainly not been one of my better days. Good to have you on my friends list and due to health issues please forgive me if I'm not always on. I do check my messages every day so do know I'm never that far from my computer if you need me.

**Blinks** OK, I'm trying to figure out if this is drive-by humor, or someone not reading what the post is actually about.

No life here either. Hubby is staying with his mom who just got out of the hospital. My son is holed up in his bedroom chatting with his friends. I am sooooo blah, I am thinking of going to bed early.
