What is your favorite memory from 2008. I have had a couple of good ones. My little girl had her 1st full day of school as she started kindergarten. Pride and sadness mixed up there. And of course the birth of my son just 5 1/2 weeks ago. He snuck in there at the tail end, but still 2008. I get to start a new adventure with him and watch how they grow together in the sibling relationship.

See you have already started your fondest memory of 2009..the blossoming relationship of your daughter and son. my daughter too had her first full day at school.i was half happy that she wouldnt irritate me by asking this and that but then,i was also sad,as it was a sign of her growing up fast.and then,my son also started going to playschool last year.

I tried before answering this post, don't have anything like that. Nothing positive. In April of this year, I lost my job that I was at for 8 years because of a new manager coming in. I still haven't found one. 2008 will be the year I remember losing a job that I thought was secure and the trouble I had finding another one. Also, because of that 2008 was a year I couldn't go to any concerts and was unable to go Christmas shopping. I actually can't wait til next christmas because I know I'll have a job. I am promising myself 2009 will be better than 2008.

The only good memory that I have for 2008 was when my husband worked seven days a week to try to pay one of our bills off. It finally happened. We hope to get some more paid off this year so we both can have a couple of days off per month.

2008 was an eventful year for me. It started with the birth of my youngest (exactly a year ago today, Happy Birthday!!). My oldest started middle school this past fall, and my twins started first grade (I know that's not a huge milestone). This year will be a good one too because the toddler will be turning 3 and hopefully starting Head Start in the fall, if I'm lucky.

Hello There! I got many memories each year but I think that one of the most memorable year for me was in 2006 because that was the year that my I met the man that I love. We started dating until we are together until now. At that time, I thought that I would never find someone else that would really make me happy but he was there all along... all this time.. until now making me happy and supporting me in my dreams. Thank you for the discussion! Happy Mylotting and Have a great day! Cheers!
