Maybe it's just because I work in Housekeeping but it really urks me when people use the last T.P. They manage to open a new roll but after that there strength must leave them or they get confused because they can never put the new Roll on the T.P Holder. What's up with that.

I know how you feel! This is an every day occurance at my house. It seems like my mother is always the last person to use up the last of the roll and then she'll pull out another roll, but instead of actually taking the tube off the roller, she'll just leave it on (or sometimes remove it) but leave the toilet paper sitting on a shelf. I don't get what is so hard about taking the extra two seconds to put it back on the roller. I mean, are you really that lazy? Is it really that difficult?

Yeah, they put the T.P on the Tank, why not put it on the Roll.

I thought I was the only one with this dilemma. There are three other people in this house besides me and I am the ONLY one who puts the toilet paper roll on the roller. I can't figure out why they don't put it on. I don't care which way it goes on; I really don't. It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen! I get the same thing with the jug of juice. Whoever finishes the juice doesn't make a new one and others refuse to make it because they didn't finish it. Who makes juice more often than ANYONE in this house? Me! And I don't even drink juice! I don't know whether they are lazy, spoiled or both.

Oh, they do make it. I just hate seeing the empty jug sitting on the counter. I have very little counter space so it adds clutter. I don't think the jug needs to be washed every time it is used; sometimes I think that is their excuse. They do each make the juice at times, it's just that everyone feels they are making it more often than everyone else, YKWIM?

I wonder if you quit making it if they would make it them self.

That is annoying. My son is always using the last of the paper and either not replacing it at all or leaving it on the back of the toilet. I guess you have to deal with it all the time.

Oh yeah that really irks me too. I feel like I'm the only one in my house that ever puts a new roll of toilet paper on. Same thing goes for the paper towels.

There is only 2 of us but 8 out of 10 times I'm the one to change the roll.

I don't care either way. If someone leaves it off the roll it doesn't effect me in anyway. I just want it to be there. As long as its within reach, that's all that matters.

I don't know how many times I have gone into the restroom at work to find (too late) two squares left on the roll and nothing to replace it with! But luckily there is a box of Kleenex next to the potty so I am not totally without. When that happens, I use the Kleenex and then go get a new roll out of the storage room. But a couple of weeks ago, that happened to my boss and I swear she was going to have kittens over the whole issue. She came storming out of the restroom, shouting about, "If you finish the roll, GET A NEW ONE!" Granted, it's clearly not common sense because I run into the problem regularly but what good does it do to shout about it? If the person who left it like that remembers that they did it, they sure as heck aren't going to admit it!

That's so true, I tried to find out who the cooperate is at work but nobody admits it.

I am guilty sometimes. It really is quite fiddly from the loo and I feel I should wash my hands first, then I feel I should not touch the roll with clean hands or just plain forget that I intended to change the roll at all. Probably getting senile.

I'm laughing, because I actually did that last week with the new roll of toilet paper. It was not because I was lazy, it was because I had to use the bathroom one night and the roll was empty. I grabbed the new roll from ghe back of the toilet that was in the little outhouse toilet paper holder I have. I did not put it on the roll because I did not turn the light on when I went into the bathroom, so it was easy just to sit it on the empty roll. I did fix it the next morning.

That is annoying, but what about when people put the roll on backwards? Ok, maybe Im just a little too picky, but I have to have the paper unroll forwards. :)

I have to admit I do that sometimes and my Boyfriend always complains about it. But he never turns it around either.
