Going out of town to friends house. Do you go out to friends?

Ok Today is my friends Birthday so I will be gone for a couple of days. So if you don't see me it is because it is his birthday and I'm going out there today and going out to eat. He lives about 46 miles from me. Do you travel just for a friends birthday? As I do only for a few of my friends and he happens to be one of the few. You all have great couple of days I will be back Saturday I hope. So letting you know that I won't be here for a couple of days.

Well, I hope you have a great time visiting your friend for his birthday. I used to hang out with my friends for their birthdays but I now live over 3000 miles away from my friends so it is very difficult to see them on a regular basis. I hope you get some rest and get to de-stress and not have to worry about all the day to day stuff that we all worry about.

That's great! Happy birthday to your friend. Have a blast this weekend. And yes, I have found myself traveling just for friends' sake. They are beautiful.

I hope you have a good time and wish him a happy birthday from us....I don't...I wish I could go to my friends for her birthday but it's in Dec. and in Minnesota you never know what the roads will be like...my best friend will turn 50 this year! I sure wish I could be with her on her birthday!

Oh my 50 is young my friend turned 55 and I told him hey just think 5 more years and your 60. He laughed and said that is fine as He put it he will be sailing every where by then. Not me I told him I will be the old lady waiting for you. You have a great weekend. Your friend onlydia

Hope you have a great time at the party. I used to travel over 400 miles a year to go to my cousin's for his birthday. It was always a great family affair. About two or three car load of people would set out late on Friday night, and stay until early Monday morning. We would plan for it, so we would take the day off of work on that Monday. We always had a good time, and take advantage of going to the Harbor, and to Washington DC.

very good. im so happy for you to have a nice outing like that. when i can, i also go out of town for a friends visit. but havent been able to lately.
