Hello vanities, I am pretty much busy in the office lately. Even though I have done the same work over and over, I still find it a bit hectic sometimes. When I am in a hurry, I feel really stressed and it makes me feel bad sometimes too. I get irritated easily and I don't like to talk to others...

My stress level is high, and it has been continuously for quite some time. I really need a way to de-stress or I'll blow up soon grrrr There are so many things going on in my life at the same time, and most of them with a high level of stress. Being able to come here for a bit, was actually a nice and somewhat relaxing break:)

I think every day has the potential to be great or overwhelming. I've had my share of both. I've started a discussion on how we can pool our resources together by sharing little tips on making our homes happier and healthier... and less stressful! Come by my discussion and see if there's anything that can help your day to day routine to lighten your load! Here's wishing you peace! Happy MyLotting! BearBallew

It is probably through the roof with me. I have a husband who says I do not understand how he is feeling and how the stroke is affecting him and only if I have something bad happens to me will I truly understand. So I told him, do I have to go fall down the steps and break a leg and what good will it do to you if I do? Who is going to take care of you? Do I have to cry a lot, because even though tears come to me, I am not an emotional crier. I took it to be envy. So of course I am stressful with him wanting me to roll him this way and that, lift him up, put the covers back on at night, take the covers off, and you wonder why I am right now with a cold. Not enough sleep. Maybe he should start blaming himself "if only I had said no to all that salty and fatty food!" but he does not.

Now that I am home from work my stress level is much more normal although there's a ton of things I want to get done this afternoon....but I can take my time and remember that there is always tomorrow too.

1st I was supposed to work for a school then I wasn't then I was then they called 15 minutes to school starting and they thought they wanted me. I stayed in bed. If they don't know what they're doing, I, at least know what I'm doing. I'm working on mylot, buying things I need. Does driving someone crazy count as high stress?
