Yes, I used to make them quite often. I made individual ones as we all liked different toppings. My son and I would have roated vegetables on tomato as a base but he liked less cheese and I didnt like sweetcorn or tuna. My husband didnt like tomato so I used a jar of thick cook-in sauce (lke tikka)and meat left over from a roast meal etc. I also turned the edges over to make stuffed crust. The microwave defrost setting (in 15second bursts) speeds up the 'proving' process

Oh whao!! It seems it was very tasty..I missed it. I wish I were there to have a bite. I love to eat pizza in any ways. I like tomatoes too. It has a great nutritional value. Why don't you ask your husband to try some tomatoes? Slowly and gradually, he will like it. My husband too didn't like tomatoes previously but I try to give him some slices and gradually he started eating and liking too. Make tomatoes delicious by adding some black salt in it. I hope he will like it.

I love pizza.
But sometimes, having it every day is expensive.
So, what I do is just prepare a homemade pizza.
I used a left over bread and just place over it
the pineapple, salami, and or course, cheeze.
It tastes good.
I was able to prepare one good meal and I was able
to save money.

Hi Jules, It is really nice to hear that you love pizza. I am also in that queue..:-). Yes, you are right it is expensive though to buy everyday. I, too, prepare a pizza at home as I love cooking, trying new recipes is my passion you know. I have always tried new recipes of my choice which I generally buy from market. It has been along time, but I have made homemade pizza before. I guess I don't do it much because it seems so much easier to get pizza take-out. Now I think I want to make a pizza. I will have to think about the toppings and do I make my own crust or get a ready made crust at the store?

You can get either, as per your convenient. These days it is very easy to get the base crust in the market. You can choose either ways and just do your favorite toppings on it and grab it. The recipe I have posted, I hope that will help you. All the best..Have a nice day!!

I had never tried on my own to make my own pizza but I have seen and tasted homemade pizza when my dad and little sister made it. It is so much better than getting take-out pizza and you can make it much healthier than takeout pizza. One day when I have the time and patience I will try to make my own.

Thanks god that you have make a pizza and you can eat it.That`s a lot.One day i have made a fruit cake but i cant eat it.I have to throw it in dustbin.I think you are not at the first time of making Pizza.Please share the recipe with us.I want to make it.Its too delicious.Thanks.

Here's is how I make the pizza at home.
1. Make a dough using strong white flour and water. Knead them very well and keep for half an hour. After that make a flattened base using your hand just like a round chapati and keep aside.
2. Then its a turn to make it more healthy, put pizza sauce of your wish. It can be a mint sauce, basil, or tomato sauce and then sprinkle a cheese.
3. Put the desire topping on it. And bake a pizza on at a time until the crust is browned for 10-15 min. It is done!!

Its really nice to hear that you tried once. Well, if I would have tasted I would have said that it is very tasty because you prepared it with some interest and I am sure It won't be so bad. If you didn't like it try again, I am sure next time you will make it the best one. All the best!!

Yap, yap, yap, i am a pizza aficionado! i love pizza with a lot of pine apple toppings with thick mozzarella and a lot of bacon too... yum yum,, it's not just a snack for me, sometimes it's my main a course

well i prepared a frozen pizza at home if that counts. i always wanted to make a pizza from scartch sounds like alot of work but i think it will be a great new experience.i hope it tastes good it would suck if i spent so long on it and tastes horrible.
