Do you like peace or war?

Hey little, Just like every one i will say Yes i dont like wars. But then i dont like injustice as well. I live in India and its an example of tolerating injustice done to them. For example a beautoful place like Kashmir in India has been captured by our neighbouring nation and yet we are doing nothing baout it. We recently had a terrorist attack in Mumbai and so many lost their lives, and what our government is doing is talking. Every now and then we get to hear that our country has got new evidence of the attacks. To be honest no one likes war. But there is a limit of tolerance and India has certianly crossed that limit long time back. Cheers, Tutul

Certainly,I like peace! I think that no one would like to live in are all day along,even if those people who usually fight with others.I think their orginal meaning is not fighting for fighting,don't you think so? In the lives of our everybody,it is impossible to be satisfied all the time.we always find that we have this such annoying thing or that such dissatisfied thing,when we are dispressed or unhappy,we should calm down to think where the problem is exactly,and find the solution.Please remember that you should not fight a war firstly,because fight can not be a solution of the problem! Hope our everybody can mutural understanding ,so oue world will become more peaceful and more beautiful! have a nice day!

I love peace and I hate war. Luckily I live in a fairly peaceful country in Europe. I am really keen on traveling and have been to some countries that in the not so long ago past had war like Croatia which was once part of Yugoslavia. I have been to Israel and trouble flairs up there quite often. It is awful to know about innocent people having been hurt and killed. I have learned much from finding out about European history like during World War II. I went to South Africa this year and it has quite a sad history. I am glad to see things are more equal there now but the poverty there is widespread. I wish all people could get on well together. I long for world peace.

Littlefriend, I was shocked to read that you think we live in a world of peace! How I wish that were true! There are nations throughout the world at war. Violent unrest is in the news in your country and mine. Personal acts of violence are so commonplace, nobody is shocked anymore. We must work for peace at every level in order to maintain life on this planet, and I am one of millions who will do all I can at every opportunity. I do not understand those who support war or violence of any kind, but I know we have to make them understand our quest for peace in our world.

Obviously evryone will prefer peace in this messy world...

i think nobody likes war, unless one is insane. but ironically, through out the human history, there was a lot of wars, and one war needed to be end with another war too ! killing stop by another killing. paradox ?

Well...these days, nobody likes war...everyone likes peace. As life has become too fast and we do not even have time to maintain our relationships, and a very little time has left to live the personal life at it's fullest; if the war happens, everything will get disturbed and the world can become the worst place. So pray for peace!!!

Hello and welcome to myLot littlefriend! Ofcourse peace, who really wants war? I believe that by living in a peaceful world, we could resolve all our problems instead of turning to wars.

Hi!...i feel wat u might achieve through waging the war can easily be achieved by peaceful procedures.......why do we want to make the world stained with miseries , instead of just assuming the world as the battle grounds if we can undertsand each others feelings , i ges peace is only way that you will be enticed to adopt...lets live & let others live!!!!......

I would rather have peace and not war. I hate the fighting. Their are a lot of movies with war and fighting in them. I agree people should talk things out the peaceful way but it don't always happen that way. People are always fighting over something.

It's the responsibility for everyone to preserve the peace! I love peace very much! The deplorable view of the two world war make me sorrowful many times. On the other hand, the complexity political and economycal society warn me timely that we must prepare for war! All in all, i stand by the war which fight for peace.

I'm all about (peace) I dont like war of any kind I dont even like to argue fight or be confrontational in any way, in fact I try to make it a point to avoid confrontations, but unfortunately some people dont think that way in fact some people Thrive on fighting and war but thats defintly not the way I think at all. I'm not a hippie but I think they had the right idea in some ways.

i hate war, ilike to live in peace and in non-violence..i strongly agree with mahatma's salt sathyagraha ....great leaders like mahatma, bose, bhagat singh, they fought for our country and broughtus the freedom..they wanted their future citizens to live in peace..so they sacrificed their lives for our generation to live in peace... life in peace is very beautifull...its hard to live in war, the blood shed, i hate to see this.. i love to be in peace.. happy to respond..happy mylotting..

I am a peace loving person and believe it or not, I do pray for World Peace all the time. I know that the situation in this century is very different from the situation of the World Wars. Now all the nations have an arsenal of nukes and if a serious war starts, I don't see the world going on for too long.

War causes damage and destruction to life and property.Peace on the other hand is always good. peace always provide friendly relationship which ultimately results in mutual growth. what you are saying is absolutely correct and we should solve our problems in a amicable way. i think that the most of us love peace but are some times when you can not evade war in order to remain a free person or country, so war is often a response to someone else's agression, even if you are a peaceful entity...
