Firstly, let me say I use the Hunt typing sustem. That is to say, I punch one key and hunt for the next. I find the most frequently key in my typing is "y". I often hit "y" instead of "t", and sometimes "h". Do you make similar errors, ar are you a good typist? Thank you for your input.

The most common error i make is typing o instead of i or viceversa, another common error i do is when i am in the dark and can't see the boundaries of the keyboard i disallign my mental image of the keyboard from the real one and i start pushing all the buttons at the left or at the right, the result obviously is complete gibberish :Ds to write, but if i don't see where the whole keyboard is it all becomes more com I don't have to see the keyboard's buttonplex :D

Thanks ra, now that's funny. I'd likw to read some of your gibberish, I think it'd make fun reading. Thank you for your response. May I ask if you are short or long sighted?

I don't wear any glasses, i have problems at night because i have only the computer on and no lights to light the desk :D in the dark i could have written something like: om yjr fstl o vpiòf jsbr etoyyrm dp,ryjomh òolr_ That happens when i am not looking at the keyboard and are not looking to the monitor too.. if i am speaking to someone for example.. it is really fun when this happen especially in im, people tend to react weirdly...

Typing wasn't the best of all for me when I got ,my first computer.I now after 4 years or so feel good about my typing and the speed too.I also have been making my typing really better with mylot. There are many mistakes that I make while doing this typing, especially when the typing has to go with the closest keys ,as many do have similar type of mistakes. The shift key that I tend to use many times do get in my way and I press the caps on this sometimes gives me lot of trouble and make my time being felt like ruined. I have tried to increase the speed by simply writing any thing logical in the notepad or somewhere else.

Hey tintukm, I wish I had made progress with my typing. Hitting the caps on my laptop, instead of the shift, is something I do frequently also. Thank you for your contribution to the discussion.

Hey, Most of the time I miss the keys 't' and 'e' I have no idea why. Oh I also miss the the letter 'y' for some reason, I have no idea. But I type reasonably fast, so it could be that my fingers are fumbling over each other. Make sure you have a good day, Happy Lotting!!

I use the HTS, the Hunt Typing System. I hit one key and hunt for the next, so it's never an issue of typing too fast for me. I do get embarrassed, however, when I press the send key too quickly, and send things off with lots of mistakes. Thanks for your response elite, and enjoy your day.

I am too bad in typing. I used to type 'O' instead of 'P' and 'T' instead of 'R' and vice-versa. I am watching for a long, whenever I try to type as 'earnings', I am typing as 'eating' only at first and immediately I will look for that as I know well, I will correct it.Is this as both are related?

Hello knrseka, you sound like me, and you are just missing the key for some reason or other. Is English your native language, or is it a second language for you? I think we both have to practice more until we get it right. Thank you for your input.

Hmm i have problem on hitting fullstop or comma. My hands can't recognise the position of fullstop and comma yet. Most of the time i have to backspace in these keys. I am not the bad typist or a very good typist. I think i am regular typer hehehe Happy mylotting,,,

Hey shnsun, you must be pretty good. I know what you mean about those keys, I get lost there too, and have to backspace. Thanks for the input.

Some out there may know what I am talking about here but it has to be WASD. Hate when I go up and hit ESDF happens to much. Always remember aim for the head...lol

Hey mal, I can understand how the mistake can occur, but I have no idea what the initials ESDF stand for. Are you willing to share, or it it a secret? Thanks for the input, anyway.

Sure in most FPS first person shooter games or just most online games use WASD to walk. It happens most on FPS you move your hand and try to get back to WASD fast so you miss thing and use ESDF. Most of the time when this happens you die but its all good.

I think the 't' 'y' one is my most frequent mis-hit with 'm' 'n'running a close second. (Someone is going to come along and point out all the other errors I've made in my time on mylot now aren't they??) I tend to use just a couple of fingers on each hand when I'm typing but I have to look at the keyboard.

Hi Wizzywig, strangely enough I've not had a problem with 'm' 'n', at least that I've noticed. Thanks for the humorous reply.

I agree with "y" too. In the similar way, "b" is even more annoying for me - I tend to hit "v" instead, or vise versa.

Hello ausgc, welcome and thanks for your input. I can't say that 'v' or 'B' have caused me a proble. But, yhen again I wouldn't know unless someone pointed it out, would I?

I don't even have to look at the keyboard to type, so it's pretty awesome. I do end up making typos a bit though, and the most frequent is to the right of the keyboard, for whatever reason. But for the most part, I'm good.

You make me jealous, Renkie. I wish I could type without searching for the letters.
