Does anyone still bother with yuwie?

I know when I first started my quest to earn money yuwie was one of the first sites I joined. I got a ton of referrals and did all the stuff that I was suppose to. Then after 3 months went by and I couldnt even reach a lousy $5 I gave up. Does anyone still bother with this site as slow as earnings are? I earn twice as fast and then some using mypage5 and myviewin so why do people still use yuwie? Is it because they have made friends with people on that one site?

Yeah, there's not much money to be made over there. Though tons of people say they do, I just don't see it. However, I stay over there because I've made quite a few friends and we are even involved with publishing stuff together and they haven't taken down any of my links. So I stay.

I was just so irritated I would get a ton of views and then get .30cents?!?! For a month?!?! are you kidding me? I really liked the site. If they paid better I would be on there all the time but I am not going to spend hours on a site for a quarter. For that I could probably drive to a local parking lot and find more on the ground in less time. LOL

I was around mylot too during the time Yuwie was 'hot'. It was kind of a hassle to browse through topics not mentioning the site, LOL ..
I don't mind at all but I felt like it was over-mentioned. Now, there's rarely talk and discussions about Yuwie now. I think those that remain on the site are just sticking it out for their friends or some sort..

I haven't been on there in ages. I joined because a friend wanted me to sign up under her, but I never really got into it. It jjust didn't seem that interesting to me. I prefer to stay on Gather and Mylot. Those two sites pay me well, and they're easy enough to use.

Post pictures, videos, and your writing for points. Comment on others, also for points. It's easy! :) That's pretty much all there is to it.

Can you explain to me how to use gather? I am a member and just have never really done anything at that site. Is it like mylot? I should really get working on that one because I hear good things about it all the time. Obviously you stay busy on mylot with all 17096 posts!!! LOL

I joined alot of sites online before joining Yuwie. I was referred there but never did figure it out or earn anything there. I like Mylot alot better because most of my online friends are here and Mylot always pays fairly well and always on time.

that is your bad luck with yuwie,i do not know about the yuwie site,get rid of such sites when ,we cannot earn enough money...have a nice day

Not surprisingly I too had a similar experience, but while you say some could have made some friends, I didn't. Perhaps the time spent at yuwie could have made a lot of difference here, even though its never too late.Thanks to you, I've got something nice to look forward to.
