OMG! Hot! $5.00 Coupon At TGIFridays! $5 Off Each Person In Party!

That's great! Apparently, they're hurting for customers! I joined their "I Want More Stripes" plan which means that, if I go with my husband or anyone else, we'll get one entree FREE when paying for another one of equal value or higher. Plus, along with this plan, I get one free dessert and one free appetizer (a one-time thing). The free entree is good until... well, forever. I printed out a temporary I.D. card for this, then they sent me the real one in the mail. Anyone can join, unless they've stopped this particular thing, which I doubt since my membership is good until they go out of business, or I do. LOL TGI Friday's deserve a HUGE commendation for their efforts to get customers to come back in this bad recession. Not every business is doing all they can to help customers save money, but TGI Friday's certainly is. Good business tactic and GREAT for customers!

I got that same email yesterday,To bad I can't take them up on it since we don't even have a TGIFridays even close to where I live. But it is a great deal..people are spending less money and that is a way to draw in some crowds..and save people money so they don't feel guilty for spending a little money.

Wow! Last time you gave me a headsup on TGIF's my sister, her husband and my nephew and I went for lunch and enjoyed their five dollar menu! It was fantastic....I'll have to check this out and use it next time I am in Mankato!

That sounds like a pretty good deal. The only problem is that there is not a TGIF's around me that I know of. I used to go to them all the time when I lived in Alexandria, but I'm not even sure where the closest one would be around here. I would probably have to go to Richmond or Woodbridge both of which are not too close to here. I think I will print out the coupon though and send it to a friend or maybe if I go up North I might use it.
