We all live in a home. And under that roof over our heads, there are rooms.
And every room has its purpose.
The bed room is where we all go to bed at night to rest for the day.
The living room is where most of us will be spending time in front of the TV where we wind down for the day.
The toilet is where we clean ourselves.
The kitchen is where we cook and eat.
Then there are other more specific rooms for some of us.
For example, the garage where the car goes to. The laundry room where we do our laundry. The study where we keep all our books and the computer were we spend some time to post on mylot.
Ever wondered, how much time each of us spend in the various rooms in our home?
Other that the bedroom where we spent the most time, sleeping, what are the other rooms which you spend your waking hours most in?
Which one is your favorite room?
For me, I find the kitchen is the place where I spend the most of my time in. It is where I share my meals with my family. It is where my family, who ever who is cooking, spends the most time, with love and care, to prepare a wholesome meal for all to enjoy during meal times. And given that my laundry room is also where my kitchen is, it is also the place where we get our clothes clean by the very people who love us as well.
That is why, when selecting a home, a comfortable kitchen is a must.

I spend most of my time in the living room or kitchen. I prefer the living room where I can kick back on the couch watch some tv and do a lil crochet that's provided the kids are asleep and not drivingme nuts as they are right now.

My favorite room in the house has to be my bedroom. It's ym safe place, my haven, my spot. The place where I can withdraw, think and recollect my thoughts. It's the place where I can just strip away all the masks and pretensions., the place where I can just be me.

my bedroom is my favorite because it represents relaxation and the end of the day when i get to unwind and it is comfortable and familiar. all the things one looks for for comfort. i also love my kitchen because i spend alot of time in there. i just wish it was bigger.

my favourite place is my bedroom, i sleep, relax, watch tv, browse all in the same room...n i have great view to the north. it is my favourite pasttime to watch rain from my room...i also like going to the veranda when nice n cool wind blows...i spent most of my time in my bedroom.

I actually love to spend time in the bathroom and stay forever in the tub with candles on and stuff to relax. But, now I think I should make a room make over to make it more appealing aside for being "just a room".I started it yesterday by painting my headboard yellow.Isn't that crazy? Its like a project to me and hopefully the next room I'll spend most of the time will be my bedroom.

My favorite part of the house is the bedroom. My room has a comfy bed, a TV and DVD Player, a work station (for my computer), a small stove and water heater, a container of some foods and a mini-library of my books. I will never get bored even if I stay all day in my bedroom as I almost have everything in it. For me the bedroom is the place where we relaxed so I feel relax even when I am working at home. I can make coffee without going to the kitchen anymore. I have not buy a house yet but when I was looking at some houses lately, I look more in the bedroom. I want it to have built-in cabinets, a bathroom and a terrace as much as possible. I like a house with a big kitchen also since I love to cook but I don't spend too much time for cooking, I can cook meals in a jiffy.

INteresting topic.. hehe 
My favourite room has got to be the bathroom!! lol =D Because that will be the only time i get real privacy with no disturbance, no nagging, no sound but just peace.. hehe ^_^
PLus, being in bathroom, usually gives us more brain space to think, sort things our as well as being mroe clear minded, because there are no interference.. When i feel relaxed, i tend to think better and also, make up my mind upon certain things in life..
Though time spent in the bathroom is the shortest among all the rooms in the house, but it definitely has got to be the useful one of all.. haha =D

If I have to select a home, all rooms have the same importance for me. I would check if the living room has a warmth and the bedrooms are cozy enough to warrant a good rest. Otherwise, I will check the way the house vibes with me.

My favourite room in my home is the living room where I spend the majorty of my time. It's my favourite room as its the place I go to unwind and relax after a long day and also the place where I interact with my family members. Its where we have interesting discussions, watch movies ect.. Visually its also my favourite place with the family potrait from a few years back hanging proudly on the wall. It's also of the most comfortable as our sofas are lovely and plush to lie down on.

My favorite room is my bedroom. I don't decorate my room, since I find it really distracting when I'm trying to relax, study, or read, all three of which I do in my bedroom. It's where I sleep, one of the times I look forward to most during the day. It's where my computer is, where I can do everything I want on the Internet. I also write in my bedroom, since that's where it's most peaceful inside the house. My bookcase is inside my bedroom, and I'm one of the types who like staring at shelves filled with rows and rows of books. There's something comforting about that sight.

My favourite room is definitely the bedroom as this is the place I Can relax after a day's work apart from the fact that sometimes I need a peaceful and quiet place in the house.

The place where I spend the most time in my house is the living room. It is the first thing that people see when they walk into my house. So it is very important to me when selecting a house that the living room is nice. I also like the living room because that's where I can kick back and enjoy myself with my family, and watch my favorite shows.

My favorite room in my house is my bedroom. Mainly because its my area of the house that is away from everyone else. Its my private area where I can be alone with my thoughts. I can read or write with concentration which are both of my passions.

before when i went to college i used to have a room at our house. so my favorite then was my room. i loved my room and i used to spend a lot of time in it. when i went to college our house got renovated and they changed my room. then they transferred our rooms to a different part of the house but they didn't give me room since i was always away. now that i'm done with college i could say that my favorite room is the sala. i like it there because we gather there by the tv. and the room that i'm occupying now is my sisters since she's away at some college.

My favorite room in the house is my bedroom. It's customized to my needs as a college student, while doubling as my relaxing place. Of course I still need to look into some new furniture to make it more awesome, and I want to paint the walls blue to give it a real at home feeling.
