which kind of drink do you drink often ?

for me i would like to take the juice expecially the orange juice .it is said that the juice is of great benefit to our healthy .so what kind of drink would you take ?why/

I usually like to drink tea, I feel very good tea. "Tea is the most healthy beverage." Tea which contains many useful elements of human health,scientific research has shown that tea for readucing blood fat, weight loss and prevention of cardiovascular disease have a good effect, often a cup of tea is a healthy lifestyle.

Well first thing in the morning I drink two or three cups of coffee, during the day I drink water or iced green tea. I don' care alot for water but know that it is good for me as well as being cheaper than many other drinks. I also love orange juice but usually only have one glass a day.

Hi jack xie, the drink I take most often would be water, I do get through rather a lot of it in a day especially when it is so hot, then I keep bottles of water in the freezer and drink it ready iced. Also I very often flavour the water with wild mint leaves as they add a very refreshing touch, or just a slice of lemon for a bit of a lift.

The drink that I have most often is water. It tastes great, is refreshing, and is very good for you!! If I don't have water then I might drink some diet ice tea or juice of some sort. I also enjoy making healthy smoothies from time to time with yorgurt, fruit, and sometimes other protein like peanut butter.

i try to stay away from lots of sugary drinks for the most part. Therefore I drink a lot of water and juice. I like to keep apple juice and orange juice on hand most of the time. I also really enjoy drinking the silk soy milk products.. well at least the chocolate milk! Besides that I always, always have my coffee in the mornings. I do enjoy an occasional cup of tea as well!

I drink alot of coca-cola, water and orange juice. I go for the coca-cola for the sugar rush as I have 2 young children I need all the energy I can get! I drink water when my body tells me I need it I dont particularly like it but I will drink it if I need to, I drink orange juice because it is really nice! I cant drink too much at the moment though because it is quite acidic and where I have given birth only a week ago it still stings when I pee if I drink OJ.

it's true that fruit juice is good for our health but i don't like to take the trouble to make juice. i just eat fruit. someone may suggest buy fruit juice from shops but i don't like it either because they often add chemical additive. i just eat fruit. if i'm thirsty, i drink water.

Juice IS good for you; so long as it's 100% juice and not sugary and concentrated. My favorite drinks.. are probably coffee and diet sodas, unfortunately. Anything full of caffeine, actually, if we're going to get into specifics here.. . I know they're not really good for you - but it is what it is, I guess. I'm addicted!

Besides water, tea and coffee, every day I drink tomato juice. Substances contained in the beverage is good for preventing cancer.

I generally do not have fruit juices, instead I have whole fruits as it is more nutritious. I do not like the taste of canned fruit juice and syrups available. In summer the humidity and temperature take a toll on the body and chances of getting dehydrated ar emore , so then I have lemon juice 5-6 times a day. It simply rejuvenates me...When I am down with a fewer I have this water drained of cooked rice, as it gives energy. On other occasions I gulp down almost 2 litres of water daily.
