How unfortunate! The kids here look forward to Halloween, dressing up, the parties and trick-or-treating, it's great fun for them. Most places have daytime hours for trick-or-treat (safety issue) but I remember when I was a kid, we lived in the city and I'd run for hours all evening long, going from door to door. It was loads of fun. Sadly because of the perverts and sicko's, we have to be more careful with our kids, we have to check over every piece of candy and make sure there's an adult along for the walk, still the kids enjoy themselves. Maybe you need a group of adults to start organize some Halloween events, worth a try.

Yes, people in our place are not also doing such practice. However, in the malls most of the establishments are doing such. So I brought my child to the mall to enjoy and have fun and experience trick or treat.

Trick or Treat is a lot of fun. I wish I lived in a place where the kids would come for trick or treat but unfortuntaely there isnt such a place around here. I wish I would see some trick or treaters because I really enjoy seeing all the little children dressed up. It is quite cute to see. I enjoy Halloween. It is almost as good as Christmas.

Halloween is a lot of fun. Few and few children are actually going out trick or treating, but still people have fun with it. If there are no celebrations there, why don't you invite some of your friends and make your own Halloween celebration? Halloween is watching scary movies, telling ghost stories, dressing in costumes and just having fun. You and your friends can invent your own traditions and have a good time doing it. Who knows, maybe you'll start a trend and it will grow!

Would like to see kids in their best Halloween costumes as well, I was also wondering why we don't practice it here in the Philippines, i mean like going around your homes and all. Only our malls here have events for Halloween..
