I enjoy both. I watch tv in the evening then at night before I sleep, I read for an hour or two. Now, if you'd have asked about movies, I much prefer the book. I like to use my imagination to see the characters and locales. A movie takes that "playfulness" away, and as you said, the story is complete in a book.

My birds are picky eaters, they won't eat certain seeds, I have to buy the premium seed to keep them happy. I bought some cheap seeds from K-Mart, my birds hate it, they refuse to eat it. lol, I need guides, if you knew how jumbled my mind gets you'd agree. They help to remind me to slow down and focus, when my mind gets racing and I seem to be running out of control, they are there to keep me grounded.

Yeah, it was a male, the females are plain brown. I love hummingbirds. Next spring when they come back I hope to spend time on my front porch, near the feeder. The hummingbirds will be accustomed to my presence and hopefully become friendly with me.
