Do you have your own house?

In our place, the house has become a topic we talk about every day, such as who bought a house, who bought a second suite, who married with new houses, who did not ... House has even become a status symbol, if a boy has a house, then he may marry a good wife, a house there as a house ... However, not everyone can afford to buy a house casually,it require a certain degree of economic strength, so there are many definitions on the house. My husband and I bought a house two years ago, but have not yet paid off to relax now, we are under immense pressure, but there is no way. You? Do you have your own house? How do you think of this?

The house is important for all people, it is the basic of people life. when a man or woman have a good job, they will plan marry and buy the house, but it is very difficult for the people who join a job at the begining. It will take up the more point the earning. So must design a good plan and do with the life and the house.

You are right; it will require a certain degree of economy before one can buy a home. Whether or not that person is married or single, the feeling of owning a home is really so daunting and overwhelming, I suppose. I still live my parents and I thought of renting a place and living all by myself, but why should I fork out unnecessary rent money just to prove myself a point. I'd rather save money first; that's more better and all good things can wait. I believe in that, because there's always a time and place for everything, definitely..

own house has become a basic necessity now. and also with the easy availability of loans buying a home has become a good option. the logic behind this is that it is better to pay loan installments rather than house rent. people are buying homes according to their paying capacity and of late various governments are also encouraging people to buy homes. even builders have come up with economically priced homes so that more and more people are able to buy them. yes i own my home and am very well aware of its benefits.

Hi kekexinfeng: i understand your possition. It's very important to have a house, it represents economical stability in our societies without a doabt. In my case i havce one, the one of my parents because i'm a student and i don't need anything else. I think we can't deny that we need a place where to live and it's better that this place is ours, in the other hand i think that both husband and wife can work and buy their own house today as they did some years ago. Today it's more difficult because prizes are higher than it were some years ago but if love exists everything it's possible. Thanks for posting.

With the booming numbers of people in the entire world, house is the very basic necessity that every person must have. When I first get a job, the first thing I did is to invest my money in buying a house. Its a 10 year payment and I'm only a year away of owning a house. Of course, we already moved in to this house 10 years ago. Nice investment and hope that many people will strive to have one.

I'm 17 and would appreciate a house of my own to live in very much. But I still live with my mom. I hope to have a nice little cozy house close to the mountains when I'm older. I think I'll have a huge back-yard for my furry friends as well ;o) In the meantime, I'll be going to college and living in an apartment while I work at my career. =)

Buying house was a dream for me. From my childhood I lived in rented houses or quarters, either my father's quarters before marriage and after marriage mine. Due to several reasons we could not buy a house, not even a site. Then suddenly Volunteer retirement scheme came to me and they have given golden handshake. With the amount I got through this scheme, I could buy a small site house in my 55th year of age. Though it has common walls this side that side, in the small site, leaving space as per requirements in the four sides, though the built up area is small, I am happy I have my own house.

We are still renting our home. Eventually, we do plan to buy or build our own home, but that is going to take some time for us. We are currently trying to save for a good down-payment, but with the economy the way it currently is, that is a bit difficult. For us, a realistic goal for being able to save enough for a down-payment is 4-6 years. I think that both renting and buying a home have their good sides as well as bed. Renting, I do not have to worry about replacing things such as the furnace if it were to stop working, my landlord holds that responsibility. However, buying a home, you have those worries along with many others such as taxes. Personally, I am trying to do things without having to worry too much about loans and such. I would rather wait to but until I can do so without having to worry about a loan. Time will tell what happens for us, but for now, we are happy to be able to pay our monthly bills.

I am actually in my sixth house and still own the 5th and 6th ones. Most people in the USA have 15 or 30 years to pay off their loans. They pick the length of time when they start the application process. A house is a huge responsibility. It is usually the largest payment you have to make each month. Many people these days are losing their houses because of the economy. Many have lost their job or have had to take a paycut. It is really a stressful time for everyone.

house - old house
My children and I inherited the house which my late husband bought when he was still single. It is in a very good location, away from the main road but closer to the city proper. It is also close to schools, hospital, supermarkets, police station and my place of work. This was built in 1979 and though a bit old, it still is very livable and comfortable. It is free of any liens and encumbrances; we only get to pay for the real estate tax every year.

as a common marriage, house is a kind of necessity to any couple, buy or rent. but chinese are inclined to buy and make it to be a possession of their own, although the fact is you just have its 70 years ownership, it seems the year limitation can be continued, but you still hasn't the property in land in fact, all the problem in china is just one, that is political sysytem issue. if with the solving of this, the rest of problem such as high house price, bad education syetem, expensive medical treat, everything everything will be solved neatly. some one has pointed out that chinese predicament is just thousands of government officals who have been privileged by themselves. if they still don't realize that, the national day of 60 anniversary will be a Gala in the future

I also think it is a social problem, the main reason is the distance between the rich and the poor, the rich can buy more than one house, even villa, however, the poor may can'r afford one house, like me

We own our house, and i can say i am lucky enough not to have experienced living in a rented house or a boarding house. House is very necessary,it is hard to live in a rented house. You need to think of all the expenses and payments every end of the month. I guess, every newly weds should think to own a house before having a kid.

If I won a large amount of money, as in a lottery, I would use my winnings to buy a house. I live in an apartment and live on disability so I will probably not ever own a house again. The biggest reason I would like my own home is because I would like to have my children and grandchildren visit and stay overnight and longer. In an apartment they usually only visit for a few hours while I will go to their houses for holidays and longer visits. All of my children own their own houses and I am very glad for them. I would love to be able to cook big meals for them for the holidays as I did when they were growing up.
