My mother passed away in June and I lost all desire to spend time on Mylot. I have been out of work for a long time and I guess with my mother's passing and no job, I got myself into a slumber. I spend most days on the computer trying to find work as opposed to being on mylot. My job search has not been successful, but I think if I start mixing up my internet actvities a little and try to incorporate mylot back in, I will be able to balance out my day, without it ending in such frustration. To make this a discussion, have you ever lost your desire to be on Mylot???

I am so sorry to hear about your mother. Everyone may meet some difficult situations in their journey of life. Perhaps we think the life is unfair, perhaps we have no mind to continue our life when meeting some troubles. But when these troubles appear, we have to try our best to face them with our counage. I have joined myLot for just several weeks and until now, I haven't lost my desire to be on myLot. But if I meet some despairing things someday, I may lose all my desire to spend time here. Everything goes well.

I am sorry your mother passed sudalunts. Upon seeing your username just now it occurred to me it had been awhile since I had last seen you post. My brother past away July 6 of last year. It was a very sad time for me, and I found that I couldn't get on mylot. It was two days before my birthday, but I don't think that's what made it hit hard for me. I still miss him, think of him, and tear up (like right now) because of him, but I know he is much happier in Heaven. I hope you will find a job soon, but in the meantime, do continue to mylot.

Sorry to hear about your mother and the job, too. I come and go as well, mostly because it's hard to stay interested when I see repeated topics. Apart from that, I have a busy work schedule so that keeps me off of mylot. I think it would be nice for you to engage in online discussions here to earn and just have conversation. It could be a way for you to get motivated and somehow get back into your routine. I hope everything goes well here on.

hi I have not been on here long but enjoy talking with others. I know how you may feel. My mom passed a few years back , I think of her daily, My dad passed 6 months after she did and my brother one year later after that. it was as if I was spaced and sad all the time I learned to keep involved in things and keep them in my thoughts and love always. I got sick because of all that went on and days seem lost but I know we have to pick up and keep going for that is what they would had wanted. I was at a point where I could not talk to people about them unless I cried but now it has gotten better but always in my thoughts my love is deep. I know being as a friend and talking to others in hope to help another that has been in the same path. Keep talking with others and it is not really the money but good friends to talk to can never be bought, but there for you. Hang in there. You are not alone . Their love is in you and you are part of them also. Ever need someone to talk with look me up..God Bless You.

I have not been on myLot much at all in the last few months. I have done more on myLot today than I have in probably the last 2 months. I just did not feel like being here. I think it has been about 4 or 5 months since I actually made payout here. I am sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. I am sure that added to all the stress you already have was horrible.

Sorry for your loss. It can be rough to deal with. I got into facebook alot recently. But I do try and make an effort to be here. I haven't made payout for last month. First time in a LOOONG time. But I have a baby son (11 mo old) and a 6 yr old daughter. They keep me hopping. I found at home work here. www.genuinejobs.com It might have something helpful. It isn't a ref. link and it is free. Good luck with your search. I am sure things will look up soon.
