Are you going Black Friday shopping?

I went black-friday-shopping last year. It actually wasn't as crazy as I thought it would be, and we ended up getting some pretty awesome deals on DVDs and electronics at Target. We also went to Kohls, Macy's, and JCpennys when me and my sister went last year. This year I will unfortunately NOT be doing any black friday shopping, because I will be WORKING at 2am (YES - 2 AM!) until about noon or so that day at Macy's. I just got a job there, and of course due to their crazy black friday sales, as a merchandiser..I will be putting up all those signs and mark downs and all that good stuff. I really wish I could go, at least later in the afternoon..But I just know I won't have the stamina after working for about 10 hours. . Maybe next year. Have fun!

I am staying at home and will do online shopping. I can't actually wait for the Black Friday sale. Last year, I did the same - online shopping and I got good deals. Saves me time and gas money plus I'm in the comfort of my home. Have fun shopping.

I plan on doing the black Friday shopping every Friday from Thanksgiving to Christmas. Since stores are doing black Friday specials for a whole month. I think that is an awesome idea, I always hated going out so early in the morning to fit for a good deal. Now I can try and get a good deal all month long and maybe won't have to hit so many crowds since people will be at work

I just might go shopping with my Mom. I'm not sure yet. It probably would depend on whether or not I'd have time to go but it's not because of Black Friday. We don't celebrate that in Hong Kong and we don't get sales in departments stores because of it. It's just that my Mom wanted me to go with her to pick out some Christmas gifts.

I never shop on black Friday because the stores are so crowded. I am always afraid of getting flattened like a pancake. I know that Walmart allows you to buy online Thanksgiving night and get the same deals as you would in the store. A couple of years ago my then fiance (now husband) wanted the Garth Brooks CD set and it was on sale early, I was able to buy it online for the discount.

I have never been to there, but it sound good,so maybe some day I will get a look.

I never go shopping on Black Friday. I just can't make myself get up that early to go shopping. lol My mother in law goes every year and she asked me one year to go with her but I told her no. I'm claustrophobic and having all those people around me and snatching stuff from people...I just wouldn't be able to stand it. And the guy that got killed that worked at walmart during the holiday season was trampled over just because people wanted some items. I just don't want to go.

I don't really have a plan. I have to work that day but might take in a few of the sales afterwards....sounds like you got it all together! have fun!

Usually, I am the one standing outside of the store at three in the morning. This year, however, I will be the one who is working in the store. I am not looking forward to it. But I would love to go to Best Buy and get at least one computer.

I usually do go shopping on what is called Black Friday but this year I won't be shopping due to my being laid off since July. I am going to go with my sisters and help them with what they need to purchase. I like going shopping but will not be buyng anything.
