I do say nice things or words to my friends and family. Like when my sister have new hair cut I say nice things like the hair really fits her and she is really beautiful. When my parents cook me a very tasty meal I say nice things like they are the best and i say i love them.

I think that it is important to take the time to say something nice to my husband because he always takes the time to say nice things to me. We've always been a very positive couple and we always compliment each other in some way every day and I believe that is one of the reasons that we have such a positive relationship. In the eight years that we've been together we've actually only fought with each other a handful of times.

I try my best to. My husband and I play around a lot. He likes to hit my rear end because it is so big! So, we tell jokes to each other because we love one another. My hubbie likes to splash me with water.. Ohhh! I am very irritated when he does this!

But, overall, our playing around is able to speak louder than our words. He does tell me that I look good and that I am sexy. I think that I should complement him more. do like to see him in his tall boots. He looks so sexy!

I always try to say something nice to people whether it's a compliment on a dress they are wearing or their hair or jewelry that they are wearing. Anything. I like to be as positive as I can be when I'm with others. That way I seem to draw good people to me, you know? Purrs, Catwoman=^..^= & Mija

dear jj, you will always want to give compliments to a love one every time. it is a big boost for his ego and at the same time he gets time to say thank you, i love you thru gifts. tell me that it is not true well, it is just one way to convey that you are proud of him. ann

I think you are right there as well as like you say even if they never pay us a compliment we may at least get a gift out of it or even maybe they will make a cup of drink rather than us having to make a cuppa for them, now that would be nice.

Hi jugsjugs, Yes I try to say something nice about my wife everyday as well as say it to her. She is a loving caring person and I can never say enough about that. I believe that this is necessary for a good marriage. Of course she returns the compliments. Blessings.

I think that is nice that you send your partner texts and so forth. Positive words go a long way. I think it is romantic to send him little notes now and then. I don't like that you put 'only me' on it though. That doesn't sound good. Like you don't think much of yourself. Come on.

I typically text my bf in the morning just to say good morning and have a nice day and that I love him. And if I'm still feeling lovey dovey - I would text him midday too, during my lunch hour. He usually calls around 9 AM just to say hi and to let me know that he's thinking about me. He should be calling soon - as his bed time is very early.

That's a nice thing to do. By telling sweet nothings and small loving things to your mate you cultivate your love for each other. And when you say these things you find the day a great and beautiful one. Your mate will also be inspired in whatever he is working on.

My husband calls me from work at least once a day to say I love you to me. I know when he had cell phones we used to leave messages on our voice mails. We would leave messages such as guess who loves you. If you can figure it out call your lover back. I like your cute messages you leave your partner.

No I don't. But I guess that is because I don't have a boyfriend, but I do take time to say nice things to my friends such as: "oh you look preety today" "love your hair today" "great outfit" "is that sweater new. Gorgeus" Or just call them pretty, sweety, honey and stuff like that. It makes people happy :)
