I like to have a glass of orange juice every morning. But I should eat some fresh fruit, I did eat a banana this morning. Do you eat a fruit or drink juice every morning?

I drink a glass of fruit juice every morning at breakfast time. Like you, my favorite is orange juice. I like the taste of the juice, and also believe in the health value of orange. Once in a while I drink apple juice too. There is the saying "an apple a day keeps the doctor away". I believe that too. I have the fruit or the juice.

Hi ladym Im sorry to say that I eat or drink enough fruit. I start my mornings off with a cup of coffee and at this point a cigerette. That will stop soon,I mean the cigerette but not the coffee. I know that I should have at least one serving of fruit a day but I just don't buy that much fruit. I like fruit and there really isnt a reason why I don't. I guess I should start that. Have a good evening ladym. Keep smiling.

Well, I used to occasionally have a glass of orange juice for mornings, but now I just have a cup of warm or hot water. Juice from the fridge is usually too cold for the start of the day so that's why I would prefer a cup of water.

I would always in the morning start off my day with drinking a fruit juice, my favorites are apple juice, grape juice, and orange juice. (I think the first two juices are for lunch or something) But thats only if im at home. If I'm away, it will be the choice of a snapple, or a fruit salad. (mmmm)

I like to start my day with a glass of fresh orange juice - usually before my first coffee! I just feel it's good for my body. As for fruit, sometimes I will have some, but it depends how I feel. This morning I had some rock melon after my breakfast of poached egg on toast and I really enjoyed it. I would like to get into the habit of having fruit every morning either before or after breakfast, as I really feel it is so good for us. It seems we develop bad habits easier than the good ones!

I always have an apple even before having my morning tea. It's a good energizer, and you know what they say "an apple a day keeps the doctor at bay". [citation needed] Actually most of the food I eat are fruits.

Most of the time I start with coffee. When I fix the kids their fruit with breakfast that's when I grab some. It is usually apple, or banana. Sometimes I have some raisins.

ladym33 I have a glass of either orange or apple juice here at gold crest everymorning. It is a must for me as it helps to give me good nutrition and more energy too. We usually get another serving of some sort of fruit each day.often I buy some fresh fruit and keep in my room.

I love having orange juice in the morning. But, I have very bad acid reflux and juice is on the not allowed list. I have it many times anyway. I just load it down with ice, so it lessens the acidity. I have also started buying low acid orange juice, which seems to help. I try to have a banana or apple with lunch as well.

Hi Lady I eat fruit almost everyday. I am very fortunate to live in florida where there is always something growing depending on the time of year. One of the things that attracted us to this house was all the fruit trees in my back yard. I have bananas, which are ripe now and delicious this year, pink grapefruit, also almost ready to pick. I've tried a few and they need a couple weeks more but they are always good. I just can't remember which year the "sour" fruit will come. As part of the process of grapefruits, every few years you get all sour fruit. Its totally normal and I wouldn't say the fruit is totally bad, you just need tons of sugar where normally you need none. I know its not this year, but maybe next. I also have lemons and key limes as well as Mangos. The mangos are my favorite. The season is short, seems like they are all gone within a month (of course the kids in the neighborhood steal them which dosent help!) My tree produces the biggest, sweetest mangos ever! I make mango everything while they are around. My family loves my mango ice cream and this year I came up with a mango salsa recipe that is great on fish, chicken or pork. Its so fresh and yummy and with the addition of red, orange and yellow peppers and fresh green basil and italian parsley its quite pretty! I drink fruit juice all day long as well. I quit the soda about 2 years ago and lost 14 lbs in 6 weeks. I love pomegrande juice and mix it with lemons from my tree. Living in Florida does have its advantages when it comes to year round veggies and fruit, but believe me it has its disadvantages too. Its hot and humid 7 months of the year, 5 or those months being unbearable to most and like right now its 82 degrees,,,not too Christmas like..thats what I really miss about Boston (where I was born and raised) Oh well, I guess everyplace has its good and bad and the good here is that I can go out back every morning and start my day with fresh fruit!!
