Do you wear clothing that is made for the holidays, during the holidays? Do you have any Holiday Clothing? (I.E. A sweater that has reindeer on it or a T Shirt with a jack-o-lantern on it) If so, do you buy your own Holiday clothing or was it given to you by a friend or family member? What are you opinions about holiday clothing and people who either WEAR holiday clothing or GIVE holiday clothing to their loved ones?

no not really Ijust wear dressy dresses or skirts with festive tops as I hate those reindeer things, and want to be able to wear my holiday best for other occasions too. buying stuff with santa or reindeers is sort of silly as you can only wear it for a few days. why not pretty clothes that you can dress up in for all holidays.

I TOTALLY get what you mean. I HATE those shirts that have the really big iron on pictures on the front that are so stiff from the glue that it is hard to move in them! LOL! Thanks for your response and happy mylotting! Feel free to check out my other discussions as well as the discussions I have responded to. :D

I don't have any holiday clothing with pictures on it. I do, however, have a few red shirts [for around Christmas] that I try to wear something green with it. I have a light pink shirt that I wear silver jewelry with for Valentines Day, and I wear a costume for Halloween [haha!]. If I could make my own prints [and actually afford it] I would make something tasteful, like a shirt with some tiny snowflakes in the middle. I don't see anything wrong with holiday clothes, as long as you don't over-do it. For example, this older woman I know wears [around Christmas] sweaters with huge prints all over them, and pants to match [also with patters on them] along with things like a sleigh necklace, reindeer necklace, and snowflake shoes.

"Yes ... quite." What? I don't understand your response. This is a multi-faceted question...

Hi Sherry. I only have one shirt that is made specifically for the holiday season. I didn't buy it though, I got it as a gift one Christmas from a cousin of mine. Happy mylotting!

i hate holiday clothing. totally not my style. i don't like colors they usually come in. how about when people give you holiday clothing. i guess, you are supposed to put it on right as soon as you open. when can you wear it again, though? wait a sec, i guess i have been accused of wearing holiday clothing not on a holiday. my friends say that halloween is every day for me. viva la goth!

I use to buy holiday clothing when younger. Once in awhile I will wear something red or green but that's about the extent of my holiday clothing. I see lots of people wearing Christmas sweatshirts and think they are so cute but just not for me. I prefer to wear the "grandma" sweatshirts or t-shirts all year. I have about 3 that have all 5 of our grandkid's names on the front. Am not proud or anything...lol Merry Christmas, carolbee

I am Canadian and my husband is American, so we have our fair share of clothing with both flags on them. We wear them throughout the year, but we make sure to wear them for American and Canadian holidsys. Besides those, we don't have clothing that we wear specifically for holidays.

Not for me though.. Because i dun have much need for it.. lol =D as we only have got two seasons here, either hot or rainy, thus we have limited clothings for holidays.. hehe ^_^ Even when it's rainy season, it wont be as cold like winter, or the cold wont be continous.. hehe ^_^ I think except for chinese new year, i wont really bother tp dress up for holidays as i dun celebrate them.. haha =D

I would love to wear things like that but I can't see spending what it takes to get special holiday clothing. I enjoy seeing others all dressed up in their decorative shirts, earrings, necklaces and stuff. It's fun to see people in Santa hats, too!
