My husband got our cats a radiator cat bed and they adore it.After trying all the different cat beds over the years that the cats hated we finally found this bed and we thought we would get one just to see if the cats would sleep in it.We are now going to get some more as the cats argue over it.I would recommend this cat bed as it is up on a radiator and out of the way and keeps the cats cosy and warm, great invention.

This is the first bed that they have really liked. All the other types of cat beds they hated for some reason as they would not even go near them, where as this one they do not want to get out of it.

My cats all believe that people are their cat beds, right now one is on my hubby's lap and he is under a nice fuzzy blanket his sister sent for Christmas.

They seem to sit there trying to stare each other out just to get their turn in it to go to sleep.I think they now run to try to beat the others to get in it,lol. When the roads get better as well as the snow finally go i will get more.

I have two cats and I recently spent almost $100 for 2 cat cubbies for them because I received some money for Christmas and being the good cat owner I am I spent it on my fur babies. One of the cats loves his new blue cubby but the other one doesn’t want to know about the beautiful pink plush one and prefers sleeping on the floor! A radiator cat bed does sound great, what a marvellous invention! We don’t have radiators so it may not work for us but they do look like a fantastic idea!

It is a shame that you do not have radiators as i was shocked to think that all the cats loved the bed we got.To be honest i thought that they would not even go near it,but they love it.I love to see cats content as well as relaxed sleeping.I think that it is great when you find something that a cat really likes as in the past i have got lots of cat beds and the cats have not gone any where near them.

I don't have a cat, so I've never had to worry about having a cat bed. However, we are debating on adding a cat to our family and that sounds like just the kind of bed that our kitty would need. The floors in our house are cold so that would probably be the only way that kitty would be comfortable because I just don't think that our future kitty would want to sleep in our daughter's room as that is where both of our dogs sleep.

I would highly recommend this bed to anyone with a cat as like you say it is off the floor so no one trips over it as well as people do not stand on the cat either. Then like you say it keeps it warm as well as it is not on the floor. It was easy to set up as well as it is really sturdy, which is great.

Is it safe? What about eletrical costs to keep the raditor up and running? Wouldn't that just eat up your bill? Seems to me that that wouldn't be worth it. My eletric bill is high enough thank you very much. Our cats think the t.v. is the hotspot to be instead.

Hi, i have gas central heating and even if the radiators are on or off they still sleep in it.It hangs over the radiator, the cats do not get over heated either. It is very sturdy when the cat is getting in as well as when the cat is getting out of it.

It sounds like it would be popular. My cats enjoy laying on the heating vents and covering them up so we do not get any heat. One of them likes to be on a footstool I have over a vent, and then another goes under it. Neither of them let the heat get to my feet, which was the purpose of setting the footstool over it, to direct the heat toward my computer desk and my feet.

With it being soo cold as well as it always freezing. When the cats come in from outside they are either wet or freezing cold, when they get in the cat bed they get warm ever so quick.I think it is great as all the cats love the new bed as well as it keeps them off the floor so that noone gets tripped over by them or that they get stood on.

I have the photos on my profile on here, but can not work out how to put them on to a discussion,HELP.I only learnt how to get them on my profile tonight so i hope someone will explain how to put them on a discussion.I got the cat bed from Argos in the UK if that helps. It is very safe other wise i would never have got it for them. They fall staight to sleep in it.It hooks over the radiator and is very sturdy when the cat gets in it as well as when the cat gets out of it.

My parents once had one of those for a very old cat they had. They are excellent. At the moment, my two cats dont need a cat radiator bed, as they sleep inside on our beds. One sleeps with me and the other with my daughter.

We used to find that the cats would start sleeping with the children on their bed then when we went to bed they would come in our room with us,as they always liked a fuss aswell as laying between myself as well as my husband. When ever the alarm clock used to go off they used to run off as it was soo high pitched.

I would have been happy had you uploaded it's photo image. Was it costly to buy? But I am doubtful whether I will get it in India. I love to buy two beds for my two cats.

It cost £10 from Argos and it was worth every penny.I have paid twice that amount on a cat bed in the past and they were to scared to get into or even on the cat bed. This radiator cat bed they loved and could not wait to get in it and go to sleep.

Normally, and I do mean that, 9 or 10 months of the year, we don't need radiators, but this has been quite a cool winter so far and I bet the cats wish we did!

Hi Jugjugs, I have seen those radiator cat beds in the petstore but never bought one as yet. They are pretty cool but I doubt our cats would sleep in it. Our cats seem to favor any old cardboard box lol

What is it with cats and boxes lol. I would love to buy one of the radiator beds but I would like to the cats to try it out first before I buy it.
@jugsjugs (12967)

My cats used to like a cardboard box as well, but they were always in a box on the floor and the children used to pull the cats along in the box like the cats were in a car.We decided to get them this radiator bed as then the cats could get warm as well as not be on the floor.

Hi, i am ok thanks, hope you are keeping well. When the roads are better then i will go and get them more cat beds.I was shocked to think that they all liked the bed as all of the other ones they absolutley hated and they were alot more money than this one to buy,my cats must have cheaper taste in things, lol.

That sounds pretty interesting. I have radiators but my Kashmere wouldn't be able to get up there, she's too old, and she'd never stay there. She does have a little round fluffy pink cat bed though, you know, for the princess kitty, haha! She has slept by the radiator though, and I put her bed over there thinking she'd like it, but then she won't sleep in it. I don't know if it's too warm then or what, so I moved it back by me next to the couch.

Over all the years we have had cats we have tried lots of different shapes sizes as well as makes of cat beds and none of the cats have slept in all those beds, where as this one well they all love it.We are getting some more for that way all of the cats will have one then, rather than argue over just the one. Some cats i think get used to sleeping in one area as i had a cat once that used top love sleeping on the work top in the kitchen,i was not happy that the cat was on the work top,but she was,my friends called her my work top ornament.

hi jugsjugs I love that user name as its so easy for my poor typing ability to do it without messing up.lol. a radiator' cat bed that really makes good sense. someone should have' thought of that a long time ago. I bet a lot of mylotters'willbe going out to get one now. I do so wish I could afford to have' a cat as I love them so, but it would up my rent here a hundred dollars and I have not got that money. So I just relish the thought that others are having fun with their cats.I know from my own former experience with cats I have that they love to be up high and to be warm. this really is a great invention. Happy New Year to you and yours.

Hi, jugsjugs. I am sure that your cats will love this new bed. It seems like it is nice and cozy like. I have never seen an radiator bed before. I know that this will be very helpful for your cats. And it would help you all out too.

I think the person that invented it must have been a real cat lover to come up with a bed like this for a cat as this is the first bed that any of the cats have ever liked as well as that have even gone near and we have tried lots of different ones over the years that we have had cats.I will be getting some more as well as i may see if i can make a few spare covers for them as that way i will always have clean ones to change them with.

All i can say is out of all the cat beds we have tried over the years this is the only one that my cats liked as well as slept in.I would recommend this to everyone,it is a great invention i think and it must have been a real cat lover that thought of the idea.
